Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling / drayage, if the The ASSEMBLY Show space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for The ASSEMBLY Show
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the ASSEMBLY Show venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $36 per net sq ft early bird, $38 standard, 2026 rates
- Corner and perimeter charges: $200 per open corner; $200 per 100 net sq ft on perimeter booths, 2026
- Drayage, direct to hall: Paid by show management for direct shipments, 2026
- RES advance warehouse: $35 per cwt by September 25, $40 after, 100 lb minimum, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: demo cells, guarding, power and air drops and the operating-machinery request drafted.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; tool counters and data screens wired and tested.
- When BNP Media opens the 2027 exhibitor kit: Show contractor orders before the discount date (September 25 in 2026), EAC and hanging sign forms filed, machine weights sent to the riggers.
- Move-in days before opening: Direct delivery to the hall, riggers spot machines, our project manager leads the build and every demo runs before doors open.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: The 2026 hall runs three days, from a Tuesday evening opening to a Thursday 2 p.m. close; we stay on call throughout.
- After the close: Riggers recrate machines, we dismantle and ship the booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pick three preferred booth numbers on BNP Media's floor plan, in the ASSEMBLY or Quality section
- List every running machine with weight, power, air, noise level and guarding for the consent request
- Decide whether to enter a product in the New Product Awards
- Plan direct freight to the hall instead of the advance warehouse
- Order coolant barrels if any demo machines or grinds
- Staff the Tuesday evening opening reception and Thursday's morning breakfast
- Book rooms in the show's hotel block once BNP Media posts 2027 housing
