Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your Running Event booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for The Running Event
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When TRE announces 2027: Reserve space with TRE's sales team; we sketch footprints against the 2027 floor plan.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: shoe walls, try-on area, test strip or treadmill platform and graphics.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, with the booth test-assembled before it ships.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates and sample inventory leave for the advance warehouse named in the 2027 exhibitor kit.
- Move-in before the conference day: Our project manager and vetted local labor build the booth while the hall stays closed to attendees.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: Two exhibit hall days; after the close we pack samples first, then the structure, and ship to storage.

Checklist
- Ask TRE's sales manager for 2027 dates, city and booth availability
- Pick a size from TRE's packages: 10×10, 10×20, 20×20 or 30×30
- Decide whether your line belongs on the main floor or in Switchback at TRE
- List shoes, sizes and demo gear that need shelving, benches or a treadmill
- Book store appointments for the two exhibit hall days
- Reserve rooms through TRE's official hotel provider once 2027 housing opens
- Approve the final design roughly ten weeks ahead of move-in
