Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, if the TISE space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for TISE
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Mandalay Bay Convention Center requires it
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Now to early November 2026: Book space through Informa's portal; send us your booth number, neighborhood (SURFACES or STONE) and the products and slab sizes you plan to show.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: floor zones, slab racks, demo bay and graphics approved.
- Late November to late December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, with final assembly and flooring prep at our Las Vegas hub.
- January 2027, before move-in: Crates and slab A-frames ship to the advance warehouse; Freeman, electrical and EAC forms filed from the exhibitor service manual.
- January 29 to February 1, 2027: Move-in on your booth's targeted slot: the install labor lays the floor, sets slabs and lights the booth under your project manager while education opens February 1.
- February 2–4, 2027: Exhibit hall open, closing 3 p.m. Thursday; we dismantle, crate the booth and store it in Las Vegas for the next show.

Checklist
- Book space in the SURFACES or STONE neighborhood through Informa's portal
- List every flooring product, slab size and weight you plan to bring
- Note your targeted move-in slot (January 29 to February 1) in the Exhibitor Portal
- Register booth staff early; CDS / Maritz runs TISE registration and lead retrieval
- File a Meeting Space Request Form for any dealer meeting or seminar
- Book rooms through onPeak before Builders' Show crowds fill the Strip
- Plan the sample bar and take-away boards inside the booth line
- Consider a Best of tise entry for your newest collection
