Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to The Toy Association
- Material handling (drayage) at the Javits Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Javits Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Toy Fair New York venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $40 per sq ft raw space, 2027; members save up to $11 per sq ft
- Tabletop: $2,100 member, $2,800 non-member, 2027
- First Time Exhibiting package: $4,000 for a 10×10 plus one-year membership, 2027
- Drayage (Purple planning figure): About $195 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026 to 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- November 2026: Space confirmed with The Toy Association; we plan the footprint on the Toy Fair 2027 floor plan and list which products need a closed room.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off, including any buyer room, play table and hanging sign, about ten weeks before the February 20 opening.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; graphics printed by age grade, shelves fitted to your packaging sizes.
- Late January 2027: Crated freight leaves for the show's advance warehouse; labor, power and rigging orders are placed in the exhibitor kit.
- Move-in, days before February 20: Our project manager and vetted local union labor build the booth at the Javits and stock the sample wall before doors open at 10 a.m.
- February 20–23, 2027: Show days; dismantle starts after the 4 p.m. close on Tuesday, February 23, then the booth ships to storage or your next market.

Checklist
- Confirm your Toy Fair 2027 space, or apply through the first-time exhibitor page with the $4,000 package
- List the products that go on the open floor and the ones that stay in a closed buyer room
- Book a Kid Demonstrator only through The Toy Association's approval process
- Sign off the design by early December 2026
- Reserve staff rooms through onPeak, the Toy Fair housing partner
- Plan photo rules for your booth, since Toy Fair bans filming a booth without permission
- Book buyer appointments for Saturday through Monday, before the 4 p.m. Tuesday close
- Send us packaging dimensions so shelves fit the line
