Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your Tucson Gem and Mineral Show booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Tucson Gem and Mineral Show
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show venue requires
Published rates:
- Public admission: $15 incl. $1 TCC ticket tax; 2-day ticket $26 (2027)
- Dealer event insurance: $75 through TotalEvent, 2027 show
- Combined sales tax: 8.7% (Tucson 2.6% plus Arizona 6.1%), 2027 dealer information
Key dates
- TGMS dealer booth payment due online: November 27, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- November 27, 2026: Booth payment and certificate of insurance due online to TGMS to appear in the 2027 show program.
- Early December 2026: Case and lighting design approved; photos of lights, stanchions and banners sent to the Show Committee.
- December 11, 2026: Featured Items form due so the Information Booth can send collectors to you.
- December 31, 2026: Latest insurance certificate date on TGMS's dealer information page.
- February 9–10, 2027: Dealer registration Tuesday in the east Galleria; move-in and case delivery Wednesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- February 11–14, 2027: Show days, then strike Sunday 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.; cases crated for storage.

Checklist
- Confirm your dealer category and booth length with TGMS
- Pay online by November 27, 2026 to be in the program
- List cases you own, cases to build and cases to rent
- Photograph lights, stanchions and banners for committee approval
- Send the Featured Items form by December 11, 2026
- Upload the insurance certificate with your November 27, 2026 payment
- Get the City of Tucson trade show license and an Arizona TPT license
