Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the George R. Brown Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the George R. Brown Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $4,200 per 10×10 (100 sq ft), 2027 rate
- Late payment: 20% fee after May 15, 2027
- Cancellation: 50% refund through July 1, 2027, none after
- Drayage (Purple venue-guide figure): About $95 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–27 GRB planning figure
Key dates
- Full TPS 2027 booth payment due ($4,200 per 10×10): May 15, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early August 2027
- May 15, 2027: Full booth payment due to TPS at $4,200 per 10×10; a 20% late fee applies after this date.
- July 1, 2027: Last day a written cancellation earns a 50% refund; we lock the footprint and equipment list.
- Early August 2027: Design sign-off with machine weights, guard drawings, drip trays and power needs frozen.
- August 20, 2027: Exhibitor-appointed contractor insurance certificate due to the Turbomachinery Laboratory; we file ours.
- September 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days, then skidded crates ship to the Freeman advance warehouse.
- October 19–21, 2027: Exhibition days with our project manager on call, then dismantle and freight to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Confirm your booth number, footprint and Turbo or Pump list placement from your TPS selection
- Pay the full $4,200 per 10×10 by May 15, 2027 to avoid the 20% late fee
- List every machine with weight, skid size, liquids, power and whether it will run
- Check each skid against Freeman's 4,500-pound and 108×93×144-inch warehouse limits
- Decide on an Innovation Presents Stage slot or a Hilton hospitality suite
- Send logos, cutaway photography and safety marking specs to Purple
- Approve guard, drip-tray and sound-level details at design sign-off in early August
- Book staff rooms in the TPS block at the Hilton Americas-Houston
