Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Gulf Energy Information
- Material handling (drayage) at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires

- Extra lead capture license: $150 each, 2027 agreement

Key dates
- Booth balance due; last day for a 50% refund on cancellation: November 30, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- November 2026: Design sign-off; booth balance due to UIC by November 30; the show contractor is announced.
- December 2026: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; liner sections and tooling displays built to your samples.
- Late December 2026: Exhibitor service kit arrives about a month out; we place power, rigging and handling orders with the resort and contractor.
- Mid-January 2027: Freight to the advance warehouse or the resort dock on the contractor's schedule.
- Days before January 26, 2027: Move-in at the Gaylord Texan; 2027 move-in times not confirmed yet. Our project manager hands over the finished booth.
- January 26–27, 2027: Two conference and exhibit days, then dismantle and freight home or on to the next show.

Checklist
- Send us your UIC 2027 booth number, size and inline or island type
- Pay the booth balance before November 30, 2026
- List every rig, trailer or gas-powered unit you will declare on the agreement
- Choose the cut pipe or liner section that tells your rehabilitation story
- Name your installer to UIC in writing with insurance certificates
- Plan scans for the Connected Buyer Program and the Wednesday drawing
- Book rooms once UIC posts the 2027 Gaylord Texan booking link
- Schedule client meetings outside UIC's open hours
