Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Utilities Technology Council)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the UTC Telecom & Technology space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Paris Las Vegas Casino Resort
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the UTC Telecom & Technology venue requires
Published rates:
- 10×10 booth: $3,500 UTC member, $5,700 non-member, 2027
- 10×20 booth: $6,700 UTC member, $11,200 non-member, 2027
- 20×20 booth: $13,500 UTC member, $22,000 non-member, 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- January 2027: Booth reserved on UTC's ConferenceHarvester floor plan; send us your product list and the network story you want to tell.
- Early March 2027: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before move-in: product wall, diagram, demo screen and lighting.
- March to April 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; hardware mounts fitted to your actual radios and enclosures.
- April 2027: Service orders filed once UTC releases its exhibitor kit; booth staged at our Las Vegas hub.
- Days before May 17, 2027: Delivery to Paris Las Vegas and installation led by your Purple project manager.
- May 17–20, 2027: Conference days with our project manager on call; dismantle and return to our Las Vegas warehouse.

Checklist
- Check your UTC membership: it changes the booth price by up to $8,500
- Choose a 10×10, 10×20 or 20×20 on UTC's ConferenceHarvester floor plan
- Send us the network diagram and the products it should show
- List each radio, antenna or enclosure with weight and power needs
- Prepare a demo that runs offline
- Book rooms once UTC opens its hotel block
- Plan booth staffing around Center Stage sessions
- Decide where the booth goes next: DTECH, TechAdvantage or APPA E&O
