UTC Telecom & Technology is the yearly conference of the Utilities Technology Council, the trade association for the communications and technology side of electric, water and gas utilities.Its buyers run the private networks that carry SCADA, protection and field-crew traffic, so the floor is full of radio, microwave, fiber, private LTE, cybersecurity and network-power suppliers rather than line hardware. Every UTC booth carries two prices, and non-members pay about 63% more: $5,700 against $3,500 for a 10×10 in 2027. We confirm your membership status before you book so the proposal reflects the right space cost.
UTC rents space through its ConferenceHarvester plan, where exhibitors pick an open booth and reserve it online. We review the plan with you, looking at sightlines to Center Stage and the food area before you choose.

UTC buyers think in topologies: substation, backhaul, field device. We print a clean network diagram behind your hardware and number each product on it, so a telecom engineer sees where your radio, router or enclosure sits before asking a question.

Logistics for UTC Telecom & Technology 2027, handled
UTC Telecom 2027 puts its exhibit floor inside the Paris Las Vegas Casino Resort, a hotel-and-convention setting rather than a stand-alone hall, so deliveries follow the resort’s schedule. The exhibitor kit, contractor and move-in times are not confirmed yet. Our Las Vegas hub is a short drive from the Strip: we hold your booth in storage, deliver to the resort on its schedule, install with our project manager on site and return the booth to storage after the show. That keeps freight costs low and lets us fix anything overnight.

We do, from our own Las Vegas hub, which serves Strip shows all year and can store your booth between shows. We deliver to the resort on its schedule, follow the contractor and resort rules in UTC's exhibitor kit, and keep a project manager on site through dismantle.
What are the UTC Telecom 2027 exhibitor deadlines?
Order and freight deadlines are not confirmed yet because UTC has not released its 2027 exhibitor kit. We watch for it and send you every date the day it appears; design sign-off in early March 2027 keeps the build comfortable.
