Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to WateReuse Association)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Caesars Palace, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for WateReuse Symposium
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the WateReuse Symposium venue requires

- Exhibit table: $4,000 by December 19, 2026; $4,500 after, 2027
- Sponsored Breakout Session: $5,000 for 25 minutes, 5 available, 2027
- Sponsorship tiers: Visionary $9,000, Champion $13,000, 2027
- Symposium hotel rate: $259 per night plus tax at Caesars Palace, 2027
Key dates
- Early-bird exhibit table rate ($4,000) ends: December 19, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: January 2027
- October 29, 2026: WateReuse Awards for Excellence nominations due; a winning project makes a strong table story.
- December 19, 2026: Last day to book a table at the $4,000 early-bird rate; send us your table number when assigned.
- January 2027: Design sign-off; tabletop graphics, backdrop and sample display produced in our Fishkill, NY shop and staged at our Las Vegas hub.
- February 7 and 18, 2027: Caesars Palace room-block cutoff, then the deadline for your two booth staff to register.
- March 1, 2027: Your project manager has the table set before exhibits open at 3 p.m. and the 5 p.m. Opening Reception.
- March 2–3, 2027: Exhibit days, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; we strike and store the kit after Wednesday's close.

Checklist
- Book your table before December 19, 2026 to hold the $4,000 rate
- Pick the one installed reuse project the table will explain
- Get the utility's approval to name the project and use its photos
- Choose a sample: membrane element, sensor, media or water-quality vial
- Decide on a Sponsored Breakout Session or sponsorship tier
- Register both booth staff by February 18, 2027
- Book Caesars Palace rooms at $259 before February 7, 2027
- Plan follow-up meetings around the tours and the Wednesday Symposium Social
