Six feet of table, one reuse story: WateReuse Symposium 2027 booths in Las Vegas
We build tabletop exhibits that let a utility manager see your treatment train, your monitoring data and your installed reuse projects across a six-foot table between sessions. At Caesars Palace your Purple project manager brings the kit from our Las Vegas hub, sets it and strikes it on the Symposium's tight exhibit hours.

- 42nd annual Symposium
What makes WateReuse Symposium different, and how we build for it
The WateReuse Symposium is a conference first: the WateReuse Association runs it as the premier meeting on water recycling, with The Water Research Foundation as presenting partner, and exhibits are tables placed in the corridor between registration and the plenary room. That is where breaks, meals and the Opening Reception happen, so traffic is heavy but short. The 2027 program puts data centers, potable and industrial reuse, contaminants of emerging concern and federal funding on the agenda, adds a fourth annual Technology Showcase with the National Alliance for Water Innovation, and sends tours to Clark County's Flamingo Water Resource Center and Hoover Dam. A table here has to explain one project in thirty seconds.
Proof from an operating reuse plant, permit and water-quality results in plain numbers, and a person who can talk about public acceptance as well as process.
Footprint, energy and recovery data they can put in a feasibility study, and a quick way to set a follow-up meeting after the Symposium.
Monitoring and treatment evidence that stands up to a state rule-maker, presented without sales gloss, plus a contact who reads the research literature.
Your team in Las Vegas
Two shops and one project manager for WateReuse Symposium
Production happens in our own shop in Fishkill, NY, and at our Las Vegas hub, and we ship to the Caesars Palace and install with vetted local labor, led by our own project manager on the floor. Expect a 30–45-day build for WateReuse Symposium, secure storage and a pre-show QA.
Your staff walks onto the WateReuse Symposium floor and the booth is already lit and stocked. You just show up.
New at WateReuse Symposium 2027
- Las Vegas and Caesars Palace replace downtown Los Angeles
The 42nd Symposium moves from the LA InterContinental Downtown to Caesars Palace on March 1–4, 2027. For exhibitors that means a Strip resort delivery instead of a downtown hotel dock, a $259 room block, and tours built around Nevada's desert water story, including Hoover Dam. source
Inside WateReuse Symposium 2027
WateReuse Symposium rules that shape your booth
Each 2027 exhibit space is one 6-foot by 30-inch draped table with two side chairs, sold first come, first served while space lasts. We build a tabletop kit and a freestanding backdrop to that footprint instead of a booth.
Each table includes two full conference registrations, and all complimentary booth personnel must register by February 18, 2027. We plan the kit so two people can staff it and handle any setup we leave for them.
The 2027 exhibits sit between registration and the plenary room, and the exhibit area hosts breaks, meals and the Opening Reception. We keep cords, cases and sample stands inside the table footprint so the walkway stays clear for the food lines.
Participants who need a letter of invitation for U.S. entry must register and pay first, then email the Symposium team for the letter (2027 page). We tell overseas clients to register staff early so visas never hold up the table.
Programs worth planning for
Awards for advancing education, advocacy, technology or water resource management; 2027 nominations close October 29, 2026, and recipients are honored on stage in Las Vegas.
The fourth annual showcase of new and disruptive water recycling technologies, organized with the National Alliance for Water Innovation; sponsorship sits in the $13,000 Champion tier.
Five 25-minute sessions at $5,000 on the main program, first come, first served, with demos and innovative topics encouraged; one discounted registration included.
Reuse on the Strip and Clark County Reclamation (Flamingo Water Resource Center) on March 1 ($65, 28 seats each), and Hoover Dam on March 4 ($100, 50 seats).
The WateReuse Symposium is the U.S. meeting built only around recycled water; choose it over WEFTEC when you want a few days with reuse program leaders and their consultants rather than a large hall of wastewater buyers. Every energy and utilities show we build for, side by side →

Popular booth sizes at WateReuse Symposium
The Symposium sells one exhibit format: a 6-foot by 30-inch draped table with two chairs, first come, first served, and no larger booths. We build tabletop kits that fit that table and a compact backdrop the hotel's meeting space allows, then travel on to your full booth at WEFTEC or AWWA ACE.

Case study · Shapoorji Pallonji
Shapoorji Pallonji at an engineering and infrastructure exhibition
A structured, powerful booth for a global engineering group founded in 1865, built to communicate scale, trust and engineering excellence.
Shapoorji Pallonji's booth sold engineering credibility through scale and track record; at a WateReuse table the same idea shrinks to one installed project told clearly.

04 Designing for membrane, treatment, monitoring, pumping and engineering firms serving water reuse at WateReuse Symposium
Four things we get right for WateReuse Symposium exhibitors
1Explain one plant, not the catalog
With a 6-foot table and breaks that last minutes, we design the backdrop around a single installed reuse project: source water, treatment train, product water quality and the utility's name if they approve. Everything else lives on a tablet or QR card.
2Built for meal and reception traffic
WateReuse puts breaks, meals and the Opening Reception in the exhibit area. People arrive holding a plate or a drink, so we keep literature in a raised holder, put the sample at chest height and leave the table front clear for business cards.
3Samples that read under ballroom light
Hotel meeting space is lit for dinners, not inspection. We add a small battery LED wash to the backdrop and back-light any membrane element, filter media or water-quality vial so its texture and clarity show from across the corridor.
4Pair the table with a session
The Symposium sells five 25-minute Sponsored Breakout Sessions at $5,000. If you take one, we match the slides, the table graphic and a take-away handout, so people who heard you in the room find the same story at your table.

Logistics for WateReuse Symposium 2027, handled
Caesars Palace runs the Symposium's exhibits inside its conference space, between the registration area and the plenary room, so this is a hotel delivery, not a convention-center dock job. Exhibitors get a draped table and two chairs; the WateReuse Association does not publish a freight or service contractor on its public pages, so we work from the exhibitor information it sends after booking. We produce the tabletop kit in Fishkill, NY and keep it at our Las Vegas hub, and your project manager brings it in on the morning of March 1, has it set before the 3 p.m. opening and packs it after the Wednesday afternoon close, and the kit stays at our Las Vegas hub afterward.
What Purple handles
- Tabletop kits sized to the 6-foot by 30-inch draped table
- Backdrop and lighting built for hotel meeting-room light
- Delivery from our Las Vegas hub, setup and strike with your project manager
- Kit storage at our Las Vegas hub between events
- Graphics matched to a Sponsored Breakout Session
- Reuse of the same design at WEFTEC and AWWA ACE

WateReuse Symposium exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before WateReuse Symposium
When is the 2027 WateReuse Symposium?
The 2027 WateReuse Symposium runs Monday, March 1 to Thursday, March 4, 2027 in Las Vegas. Exhibits open March 1 from 3 to 6:30 p.m., then 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday; the Thursday program has no exhibit hours listed.
Where is the WateReuse Symposium 2027 held?
At Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. The 2026 Symposium, the 41st, was at the LA InterContinental Downtown in Los Angeles. The Symposium hotel rate at Caesars is $259 a night plus tax, available until February 7, 2027 or until the block fills.
How much does it cost to exhibit at the WateReuse Symposium?
A 2027 exhibit space is a 6-foot by 30-inch draped table: $4,000 if booked by December 19, 2026 and $4,500 after. It includes two side chairs, two full conference registrations, recognition on the Symposium website and the post-Symposium attendee list of opt-ins.
Can we have a full booth at the WateReuse Symposium?
The Symposium sells tables only, in a high-traffic area between registration and the plenary room, first come, first served. For more presence, the prospectus offers sponsorship tiers, from Visionary at $9,000 to Champion at $13,000, plus single items such as Sponsored Breakout Sessions.
Who attends the WateReuse Symposium?
The 2027 prospectus breaks attendees into consulting and contracting firms 39%, utilities 31%, manufacturers and distributors 16%, and agencies, academia and nonprofits 13%. Over 60% have a role in purchasing decisions, and half hold management or executive positions.
Who organizes the WateReuse Symposium?
The WateReuse Association, the U.S. trade association dedicated to recycled water, runs the Symposium with The Water Research Foundation as presenting partner. Its members represent more than 60 million utility customers, per the association. Exhibit and sponsorship sales go through the association's partnerships team.
What is the deadline for WateReuse 2027 booth staff?
All complimentary booth personnel must register for the Symposium by February 18, 2027. Each table covers two full registrations; international staff who need a U.S. entry letter must register and pay first, then request the letter from the Symposium team.
What can we put on a WateReuse exhibit table?
WateReuse publishes the table and chairs it provides, not a list of display limits, so we keep the kit compact: a table throw, a backdrop that stands behind the table, one product sample and a screen. We size it from the exhibitor details you receive after booking.
Can Purple set up our table at Caesars Palace?
Purple can: we bring the kit from our Las Vegas hub to Caesars Palace, and your project manager sets it before exhibits open on March 1 and strikes it after the Wednesday close. Because our hub is in Las Vegas, the kit stays in town for your other Las Vegas shows instead of crossing the country each time.
What are the WateReuse Awards for Excellence?
The WateReuse Awards for Excellence honor work advancing education, advocacy, technology or water resource management, and recipients are recognized on stage in Las Vegas. Nominations for 2027 are due October 29, 2026; the Awards Luncheon is Tuesday, March 2.
What else happens at the 2027 Symposium?
Besides sessions and plenaries, the program includes a Tuesday poster session, a Wednesday evening Symposium Social at the Caesars Neptune Pool, a fourth annual Technology Showcase with the National Alliance for Water Innovation, and paid tours to the Las Vegas Strip, Clark County's reclamation plant and Hoover Dam.
Can we reuse our WateReuse table kit at other shows?
The same graphics and sample display scale up to a 10×20 at WEFTEC or AWWA ACE, and the kit itself works at other conference-style water events such as the Underground Infrastructure Conference. We store it in Las Vegas and reprint panels when your project story changes.
We are a water technology company from outside the U.S. Can you help?
We build the tabletop kit in Fishkill, NY and store it at our Las Vegas hub, so your team flies in with nothing but samples. For larger U.S. shows such as WEFTEC we handle design, freight to the advance warehouse, installation and storage for the rest of your program.
Before you sign for WateReuse Symposium
Ask any WateReuse Symposium exhibit builder these five questions:
- Will the proposal show every WateReuse Symposium fee, including show contractor charges?
- Who actually builds it for WateReuse Symposium: your shop or a subcontractor?
- Does your project manager stay on the floor through install and dismantle in Las Vegas?
- What exactly is in the rental, and what does WateReuse Symposium bill?
- Once WateReuse Symposium closes, where does the booth go and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? Your existing booth gets refreshed graphics and repairs, then we ship it to Las Vegas, install it and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for and bring it to WateReuse Symposium.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground in Las Vegas: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager answering your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? A rental with your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. We tell you on the first call what is realistic for your date.
