Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your WESA Dallas booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling at the Dallas Market Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Dallas Market Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Dallas Market Center requires
Published rates:
- Early teardown penalty: $1,000 and/or loss of space or location, WESA Rule 12
- Subletting penalty: $5,000 plus loss of temporary space for two consecutive shows, WESA Rule 21
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Now to mid-November 2026: Confirm your WESA contract and temporary space assignment; send product mix, boot counts and saddle sizes.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off for freestanding walls, hat bars and saddle stands, all under the 8-foot drape height.
- December 2026: Production over 30 to 45 days; certificate of insurance naming WESA as additional insured prepared.
- Early January 2027: Freight crated to the WTC 5×8-foot limit and scheduled for weekday dock hours.
- Move-in before January 19, 2027: Our project manager installs and merchandises before the close of the move-in period, as WESA Rule 5 requires.
- January 19–22, 2027: Show days; nothing comes down before the 3 p.m. Friday close, then we pack for storage or the August 24–27 market.

Checklist
- Confirm your WESA membership, dues and seniority points
- Check your temporary space assignment and contracted dimensions
- Count boots by size run, hats and saddles to size walls and stands
- Keep every fixture and product below the 8-foot drape height
- Send a certificate of insurance naming WESA as additional insured
- Plan hidden storage for boxes and crates until the Friday close
- Book trailer parking in Lot C or WTC Dock 1 if you drive product in
