Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your MT Series WEST booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Long Beach Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Long Beach Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Long Beach Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, Bronze (100–200 sq ft): $42 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate; includes a decorator package
- Booth space, Silver (201–500 sq ft): $40 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate; material handling and crane spotting included
- Booth space, Gold and Platinum: $38 per sq ft (501–1,200) and $36 per sq ft (1,201+), 2027 standard rates
- Drayage (Purple venue guide): About $170 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–27 Long Beach planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early September 2027
- Early September 2027: Design sign-off: machine positions, viewing edges, power and air drops and the hanging sign drawn to scale.
- September to mid-October 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; parts wall, demo counters and graphics test-assembled before shipping.
- Late October 2027: Booth crates leave for Long Beach on the freight plan in the 2027 exhibitor kit, with machine weights logged for the rigger.
- Move-in days before November 16: Machines spotted by crane, then walls, flooring and lighting built around them; our project manager runs a spindle test.
- November 16–18, 2027: Show days at the Long Beach Convention Center; we stay on call for power, air and graphics.
- After the November 18 close: Machines recrated and loaded out, booth to storage or the next stop on the MT Series.

Checklist
- Choose a footprint against SME's tiers, knowing 201 square feet unlocks included material handling
- List every machine with weight, dimensions, power, air and coolant needs
- Pick the parts and alloys you will cut, and the inspection report to show next to them
- Decide on a Smart Manufacturing Experience Showcase entry if you sell software or IIoT
- Send logos, machine photography and safety signage specs by early September 2027
- Book rooms near the Long Beach waterfront and plan flights into LGB or LAX
- Plan whether the booth continues to another MT Series event
