Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your WM Symposia booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the WM Symposia space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Phoenix Convention Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Phoenix Convention Center requires it

- Booth space: $5,800 10×10, $10,700 10×20, $17,600 20×20, 2027 rates
- Semi-trailer space: $16,240 for 10×70, $32,480 for 20×70, 2027
- Small business: $1,740 tabletop, $4,060 10×10, 2027

Key dates
- Assign exhibitor registrations; last day for a refund minus 5%: December 31, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late December 2026
- December 31, 2026: WM deadline: assign included registrations in the Exhibitor Portal; last day to cancel for a refund minus 5%.
- Late December 2026: Design sign-off; booths over 400 square feet send their design to WM show management.
- January 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days, with mock-ups built to your drawings.
- February 16, 2027: WM hotel block closes; booth and crates ship to the advance warehouse around this date.
- March 6, 2027: Move-in at the Phoenix Convention Center, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; our project manager installs and runs the handover check.
- March 7–10, 2027: Hall days from the Sunday reception to Wednesday at 4 p.m., then move-out that evening or Thursday morning for 20×20 and larger.

Checklist
- Reserve space through WM's booth re-sign process with a 50% deposit and send us the booth number
- Submit WM terms and conditions and your certificate of insurance
- Assign included registrations in the Exhibitor Portal by December 31, 2026
- List mock-ups, containers and tools with sizes and weights
- Send the design to WM if your booth is over 400 square feet
- Book rooms before the February 16, 2027 block closes
- Plan staff for the Sunday reception and the Tuesday DOE EM forum
