Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for World of Asphalt and AGG1
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $27.00 per sq ft for NAPA, NSSGA or AEM members; $39.25 non-members, 2027
- Machine and crate handling: Included in the space rate through the Exhibitor Package Plan, 2027
- Exhibitor liability insurance: $69 per booth through Rainprotection, added with the space application, 2027
Key dates
- Detailed floor plan due for every booth of 400 square feet or more: December 1, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Early November 2026: Concept and machine list fixed, so the floor plan with heights, weights and every structure can go to show management.
- December 1, 2026: Detailed floor plan due for every booth of 400 square feet or more; we file it and track written approval, which comes within 30 days.
- January to mid-February 2027: Production in our shop over 30 to 45 days; platforms, towers over 15 feet and their stamped drawings built and checked.
- February 12, 2027: Exhibitor Appointed Contractor and Non-Official Contractor forms filed for the labor your project manager directs.
- March 12–14, 2027: Installation 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, crates in the aisle by 3 p.m. Sunday and the booth complete by 5 p.m.
- March 15–19, 2027: Show days March 15–17, then dismantle from 2:01 p.m. Wednesday to noon Friday, March 19.

Checklist
- List every machine with dimensions, weight, track or wheel, and fuel type
- Approve the floor plan we file with show management by December 1, 2026
- Decide on a viewing platform, tower or hanging sign and its height
- Confirm whether you exhibit in World of Asphalt, AGG1 or a shared stand
- Request approval by November 1, 2026 if an animal will appear in the booth
- Book staff rooms through Maritz in the official block
- Send logos, production data and machine photography to Purple
