Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Informa Markets)
- Material handling at the Las Vegas Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Las Vegas Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the World of Concrete venue requires
Published rates:
- Indoor space: $54.50 per sq ft (1,000 sq ft and up), $55.00 under 1,000, 2027 rates
- Outdoor space: $49.50 per sq ft (1,000 sq ft and up), $50.00 under 1,000, 2027 rates
- Sandbox and slab: Sandbox $15.00 (4 in.) or $15.50 (6 in.), slab on grade $20.00 per sq ft, 2027
- Demo wall: $425 per linear foot, 2027 rate
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Early November 2026: Design sign-off for indoor booths and outdoor lots, with machine list, weights and demo pad sizes fixed.
- Mid-November 2026: Engineered plans for any canopy or multi-story exhibit to show management and the LVCC, at least two months before move-in.
- November to December 2026: Production in our Fishkill, NY and Las Vegas shops; outdoor graphics printed for wind and sun.
- Mid-December 2026: Crates to the advance warehouse by the date in the exhibitor service manual; equipment deliveries scheduled to the lots.
- Days before January 19, 2027: Move-in indoors and on the Silver and Bronze Lots, led on the floor by your Purple project manager.
- January 19–21, 2027: Show days, closing 3 p.m. Thursday, then dismantle and freight out or into storage at our Las Vegas hub.

Checklist
- Confirm your hall or lot and booth number from the 2027 contract
- List every machine and truck with weight, size and fuel or power needs
- Choose sandbox depth, slab or wall quantities for outdoor demos
- Approve any canopy or two-story plan by mid-November 2026
- Plan demos that stay inside the booth, away from aisle edges
- Decide on a hanging sign for an island, at least 9 feet off the floor
- Book staff rooms through onPeak for free LVCC shuttles
- Register staff before the December 11, 2026 rate change
