Sandbox, slab and Silver Lot: World of Concrete 2027 booths in Las Vegas
We build World of Concrete booths where contractors can climb on the machine, run a finish trowel or watch a saw cut, indoors or on an outdoor lot. Our Las Vegas hub sits minutes from the LVCC, and we file hanging-sign drawings with Freeman and canopy plans with show management and the LVCC before January move-in.

What makes World of Concrete different, and how we build for it
World of Concrete is the one January show where a contractor can test the equipment in real material.Informa sells outdoor space with sandboxes, poured slabs and walls in the Silver and Bronze Lots, where the World Championship SPEC MIX BRICKLAYER 500 and Decorative Concrete LIVE! run beside the exhibits. Indoors, the floor is zoned: Material Handling and Work Truck LIVE! in Central Hall, the Producer Center and Precast in North Hall, Concrete Repair & Demolition and World of Masonry in South Hall. Booths are assigned through the 2027 Space Draw and Priority Points, and equipment height is unlimited on islands. Your booth has to sell a machine that buyers will want to start.
Seat time on the machine, the trowel or the saw in actual material, and a straight answer on price, dealer and delivery for the coming season.
Plant and truck data, a cutaway or a scale model of the line, and an engineer who can talk output per shift in the North Hall Producer Center.
A warm, quiet place out of the January wind to sit down with a dealer, compare financing and sign, often after a morning on the outdoor lots.
Your team in Las Vegas
One project manager, two shops, the whole World of Concrete build
Your World of Concrete booth is built in our own production shop in Fishkill, NY, or at our Las Vegas hub, shipped to the Las Vegas Convention Center and installed by vetted local labor with our own project manager on the floor. Expect a 30–45-day build for World of Concrete, secure storage and a pre-show QA.
Your staff walks onto the World of Concrete floor and the booth is already lit and stocked. You just show up.
Inside World of Concrete 2027
Rules that shape your World of Concrete booth
In a linear booth nothing in the five feet nearest the aisle may top 4 feet, the rear half stops at 12 feet, with no signs on the back of walls and no hanging signs or ceiling truss (2027 specifications). We put the brand on a finished 12-foot back wall.
Island booths of 20×20 or more may build displays and hanging signs to 26 feet where the ceiling permits, and equipment and product height is unlimited (2027 specifications). We let the boom or mast stand tall and frame it.
Hanging signs sit at least 9 feet off the floor within the booth, signs from the ceiling or truss are installed by Freeman, and Freeman approves signs over 250 pounds hung from equipment (2027 specifications). We file the drawings and weights.
Every demonstration and its audience must stay inside the booth, aisles must remain clear, and no demo may run on a booth edge along an aisle (2027 specifications). We set cutting and finishing demos toward the center with a viewing rail.
Covered booths and multi-story exhibits need structural engineered plans approved by show management and the LVCC at least two months before move-in, plus smoke detectors, extinguishers and a fire watch over 300 square feet (2027 specifications). We file them for you.
Programs worth planning for
The masonry championship where, in 2026, 28 masons from around the world competed for the title of World's Best Bricklayer and $125,000 in cash and prizes.
The exhibit page links 2027 exhibitors to the New Product Zone listings, where buyers browse new products before they walk the halls.
Live decorative concrete work in the Silver Lot in front of Central Hall, running during show hours all day, every day.
A targeted Central Hall area on the design and configuration of work trucks and their safety and productivity accessories, in the hall that also holds Material Handling.
World of Concrete is the concrete and masonry industry's only annual international event, 1,300+ exhibitors in 2026; choose it over World of Asphalt when your buyers pour, cut, finish or lay block rather than pave roads. Popular booth sizes at World of Concrete
World of Concrete sells booths from 10×20 inlines for tools and admixtures to outdoor lots of several thousand square feet for trucks, pumps and excavators, and space of 1,000 square feet and up gets the lower rate. We recommend a 20×20 island indoors for a single machine and an outdoor lot when visitors need to run it in dirt or on slab.

Hand tools, admixtures or software on a front counter under 4 feet, with a 12-foot back wall carrying the brand since inline booths may not hang signs.

Case study · Shapoorji Pallonji
Shapoorji Pallonji at an engineering and infrastructure exhibition
A structured, powerful booth for a global engineering group founded in 1865, built to communicate scale, trust and engineering excellence.
Shapoorji Pallonji is an engineering and construction group that needed its booth to show scale and build trust, the same task a concrete equipment maker faces with contractors at World of Concrete.
Read the Shapoorji Pallonji case study All case studies →“Purple Exhibits made us look good. The booth was one of the nicest displays in our section of the convention center and generated a lot of positive comments from both customers and industry peers. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference.”

04 Designing for concrete and masonry equipment, tools, materials, trucks and jobsite technology brands at World of Concrete
Four things we get right for World of Concrete exhibitors
1Price the dirt before the booth
On the outdoor lots, Informa bills sandbox at $15.00 or $15.50 per square foot for 4 or 6 inches, slab on grade at $20.00 and walls at $425 per linear foot in 2027. We size the demo pad to the machine's working radius so you pay for the material your demo actually uses.
2Heat and cover the outdoor lot
January mornings on the Silver and Bronze Lots run cold. A canopy over a meeting area needs show and LVCC approval of engineered plans at least two months before move-in, with smoke detectors and extinguishers. We file those plans so your buyers can sit down out of the wind.
3Keep the demo off the aisle
World of Concrete requires every demonstration and its viewers to stay inside the booth, and no demo may run along an aisle edge. We set saws, grinders and trowel demos toward the booth center, with a dust-control surface and a viewing rail that holds the crowd inside your space.
4Let the machine set the height
Island displays and hanging signs stop at 26 feet, but equipment and product height is unlimited. A pump boom or mast already marks your booth across Central Hall, so we hang the sign where it frames the machine and spend the rest on lighting the work surface.

Where you could be at World of Concrete 2027
World of Concrete 2027 uses three LVCC halls and two outdoor lots, each zoned by product. Ceiling and floor-load figures come from the show's 2027 booth specifications.
Central Hall
Material Handling, Work Truck LIVE! and general exhibits; ceilings of 25 to 35 feet, unlimited floor load except aisles C4800–C4900, capped at 175 pounds per square foot.
Our advice Trucks, excavators and delivery equipment land here; we check your aisle number against the load cap before a heavy machine is placed.
North Hall
The Producer Center, Technology for Construction, Precast, Concrete Masonry and Concrete Reinforcement, under 33 to 35-foot ceilings.
Our advice Producers sell plants and lines here; we use scale models, cutaways and screens where full equipment cannot ship.
South Hall, Level 1
Concrete Repair & Demolition, Concrete Surfaces & Decorative and World of Masonry; ceilings of 25 to 30 feet, with a 20-foot low section along the south wall of Hall 1.
Our advice If your booth sits near the south wall we keep structure and signs under 20 feet and light the finished samples instead.
Silver and Bronze Lots
Outdoor exhibits and events: Decorative Concrete LIVE! in the Silver Lot in front of Central Hall, championships, skills challenges, live demos and heavy equipment in the Bronze Lot.
Our advice We plan sandbox or slab pads, wind-rated graphics and a covered, heated meeting area with approved plans.

Logistics for World of Concrete 2027, handled
Labor at the LVCC is unionized: your own full-time staff can usually assemble a booth with hand tools, but a forklift, a pallet jack or a machine rolling off a trailer is Teamsters Local 631 work booked through the show contractor. Freeman installs every sign hung from the ceiling or truss at World of Concrete. Utilities come from overhead in the North, Central and South Halls, and floor load is unlimited except aisles C4800–C4900 at 175 pounds per square foot. We ship to the advance warehouse, file the EAC form, and our Las Vegas shop handles overnight graphic reprints during the show. Exhibitors in the onPeak block ride free shuttles to the LVCC.

World of Concrete exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before World of Concrete
How much does a booth at World of Concrete 2027 cost?
Indoor space is $54.50 per square foot at 1,000 square feet and up and $55.00 below that, so a 20×20 island is $22,000 in space alone. Our custom 20×20 runs $50,000 to $120,000. Outdoors, sandbox, slab and wall charges add to the $49.50 to $50.00 lot rate, and equipment freight moves the total most.
What is the deadline for World of Concrete 2027?
Space payments for 2027 are already due in full when you contract, since the August 18, 2026 balance date has passed. Canopy and multi-story plans go to show management and the LVCC at least two months before move-in, so we need design sign-off in early November 2026.
Can we rent a booth for World of Concrete?
You can: our Las Vegas hub keeps rental structures close to the LVCC: walls with your graphics, lighting, counters, flooring and storage, delivered, built and removed under your Purple project manager on one fixed quote. A 10×20 rental runs $7,500 to $15,000; outdoor canopies and meeting areas can be rented too.
Can our own staff set up our booth at the LVCC?
People on your own payroll can generally put up and take down the booth with hand tools at the LVCC. Unloading machines, and any forklift, pallet jack or wheeled handling, belongs to Teamsters Local 631 through the show contractor; we file as your EAC so our project manager can run the build beside your team.
Can we dig, cut or pour on an outdoor lot?
That is what the Silver and Bronze Lots are for. Informa sells sandbox at 4 or 6 inches deep, slab on grade at 4 inches and walls by the linear foot for 2027, and demonstrations must stay inside your booth, never on an aisle edge. We size the pad to your machine and plan dust and spoil.
What does drayage cost at World of Concrete?
Material handling at the LVCC is billed per hundredweight with a minimum per shipment, and Las Vegas rates run above the national average, with surcharges for uncrated, late or off-target freight. The 2027 tariff sits in the exhibitor service manual; we put a crate-by-crate estimate on your proposal and consolidate onto one bill of lading.
Which hall will our World of Concrete booth be in?
It follows your product zone: Material Handling and Work Truck LIVE! in Central Hall, the Producer Center, Precast and Concrete Reinforcement in North Hall, Repair & Demolition, Surfaces & Decorative and World of Masonry in South Hall, and heavy equipment on the outdoor lots.
Can we reuse our World of Concrete booth at other shows?
We build it in modules that carry on to World of Asphalt in March, The ARA Show or The Utility Expo, with new graphics for each. Off-season, we keep the kit racked in our Las Vegas hub, a short truck ride from the LVCC for next January.
Do you handle service orders and hanging signs at World of Concrete?
We do. We order show services and material handling, submit island hanging-sign drawings, which must hang at least 9 feet off the floor and stay within your space, and get Freeman's approval for any sign over 250 pounds hung from equipment. You get copies of every order.
When is World of Concrete 2027?
Education runs January 18–21, 2027 and exhibits January 19–21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday. World of Concrete 2028 is set for exhibits January 25–27, education January 24–27.
How many people attend World of Concrete?
Informa reports more than 47,400 registered professionals and more than 1,300 exhibiting companies, 284 of them new, at World of Concrete 2026. The 2025 show drew 57,908 registered professionals and 1,522 exhibiting companies.
Is World of Concrete open to the public?
It is a registered trade event for the construction industry, with fees that vary by business type; Exhibits-Only registration costs $115 until December 11, 2026. Children under 16 may enter the halls on show days only with an adult, and no one under 18 may enter during move-in or move-out.
How do we get a booth at World of Concrete 2027?
Sign the 2027 exhibit space contract online; after August 18, 2026, full payment is due with the contract and space without a deposit is not held. Space is assigned under the 2027 Space Draw Guidelines and Priority Points, and outdoor lots are sold separately from indoor halls.
Before you sign for World of Concrete
Five things to ask every builder quoting World of Concrete:
- Is every fee on the proposal, including what the World of Concrete show contractor bills?
- Is the booth built in your own shop or by a subcontractor?
- Who from your team is on the World of Concrete floor for install and dismantle?
- What exactly is in the rental, and what does World of Concrete bill?
- Where is the booth stored after the show, and at what cost?
Common situations
