Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Informa Markets)
- Material handling / drayage, if the WWETT Show space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for WWETT Show
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Indiana Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space (inline): $43.50 per sq ft, 2027 rate after May 31, 2026
- Booth space (5,500+ sq ft): $26.50 per sq ft, 2027 rate
- Extra exhibitor badge: $55 each, non-refundable, 2027
- ICC drayage: About $135 per cwt, Purple's 2026–2027 planning figure
Key dates
- Written cancellation deadline for 2027 exhibitors: January 22, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: November 2026
- November 2026: Design sign-off; vehicle list, weights and floor placement sent to Fern with the booth drawing.
- December 2026: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days, with spec boards and camera demo pipe built to your products.
- January 22, 2027: WWETT's written cancellation deadline; your exhibit plan is locked and show-service orders are in.
- Early February 2027: Booth freight to the advance warehouse; vehicle move-in slot confirmed from the Exhibitor Portal schedule.
- February 22, 2027: Conference opens; targeted move-in and our project manager's handover check before the hall opens.
- February 23–25, 2027: Expo days, closing 1 p.m. Thursday; then dismantle, vehicles out and freight home or to storage.

Checklist
- Book space on the 2027 WWETT floor plan and send us the booth number and square footage
- List every vehicle and trailer with length, height, weight and the hatches buyers will open
- Choose the digital listing package WWETT requires with each booth
- Decide on live camera or jetter demos and what pipe run they need
- Order carpet, power and cleaning through Fern's OneView portal
- Register staff against your badge allotment; extras are $55 each
- Book a skywalk hotel through onPeak, the official 2027 hotel partner
- Plan truck-out after the Thursday 1 p.m. close
