Trucks, jetters and cameras up close: WWETT Show 2027 booths in Indianapolis
We build WWETT booths around the truck or the reel, so a septic or sewer contractor can climb up, pull the hose and ask about the warranty on the spot. At the Indiana Convention Center, Fern handles the freight and union crews work the docks, so we plan move-in by the hour.

What makes WWETT Show different, and how we build for it
WWETT calls itself the world's largest annual trade show for wastewater and environmental service professionals, and the buyers are owner-operators who run trucks for a living.Informa Markets fills the Indiana Convention Center with vacuum trucks, jetters, inspection cameras, portable restrooms and treatment systems, while an accredited education program with 100+ speakers, the Women of Wastewater and Young Professionals Awards and the Public Sector Hub bring municipal crews in alongside contractors. Trade titles Pumper, Cleaner and Municipal Sewer & Water are official publications. Contractors kick tires here: your booth needs a vehicle or a reel they can touch and a salesperson who can talk payment terms.
A truck or trailer they can walk around, tank and pump specs at eye level, and a straight answer on lead time, financing and service in their region.
Jetters, cameras and locators they can handle, a live camera feed on a screen, and a counter where they can compare nozzle and reel options side by side.
Procurement-friendly information, a sit-down spot for a fleet conversation and staff who know how a city bid or cooperative contract works.
Your team in Indianapolis
Two shops behind your WWETT Show booth
Production happens in our own shop in Fishkill, NY, and at our Las Vegas hub, and we ship to the Indiana Convention Center and install with vetted local labor, led by our own project manager on the floor. A predictable 30–45-day turnaround, secure storage and a pre-show QA before WWETT Show.
At WWETT Show, your team walks into a booth that is lit and stocked. You just show up.
Inside WWETT Show 2027
WWETT Show rules that shape your booth
Getting freight into the Indiana Convention Center is the sole responsibility of Fern Exposition Services, and move-in runs on a targeted schedule posted in the Exhibitor Portal (2027 FAQ). We book your slot, label every crate and time vehicles to it.
Cell phone, still and video photography on the WWETT floor is prohibited; exhibitors may shoot only their own booths, and press are escorted (2027 policies). We give each product a printed spec card and QR code so buyers leave with the details.
WWETT inline booths include an 8-foot black back drape, a 3-foot side drape and an ID sign, while carpet and cleaning are ordered separately (2027 FAQ). We build the back wall to stand in front of that drape and spec the flooring.
Badge allotments run from 5 for a 100-square-foot booth to 75 at 5,000 square feet or more, extras cost $55, and move-in-only workers get wristbands (2027 FAQ). We register the install labor for wristbands, so it never draws on your badge count.
Programs worth planning for
An accredited conference with 100+ speakers on regulations, equipment and best practices, with CEUs and credits listed for 2027; it opens February 22, a day before the expo hall.
WWETT's two industry awards; the inaugural Women of Wastewater Awards honored five women and the Young Professionals Awards 15 people at the 2026 show.
WWETT's programs for municipal and public-sector wastewater staff, bringing city and utility crews onto a floor that is mostly private contractors.
WWETT lists a separate package of benefits for first-time exhibitors on its Become an Exhibitor page for 2027.
WWETT is the U.S. show for the trucks and tools of wastewater service work; choose it over WEFTEC when your buyers pump septic tanks, clean drains and run portable sanitation rather than design and operate treatment plants. 02 Booths & pricing for WWETT Show 2027
Popular booth sizes at WWETT Show
WWETT prices space by the square foot, with the rate falling as the footprint grows, so truck builders take large spaces and accessory makers take inline rows that come with an 8-foot back drape. We recommend a 10×20 for camera, nozzle and software lines and 20×30 or more once a vehicle is on the floor.

An inspection camera on a working reel, a monitor showing a real pipe run, a nozzle wall and a counter, built to stand in front of WWETT's 8-foot back drape.

An interactive booth for a global elevator manufacturer: digital simulations, real product showcases and a floor plan that guided visitors from first step to last.
KLEEMANN's booth guided visitors from a real machine to its digital simulation; a WWETT truck or camera booth needs the same path from equipment to demo screen.

04 Designing for vacuum truck, pump, jetter, inspection camera, portable sanitation and septic equipment makers at WWETT Show
Four things we get right for WWETT Show exhibitors
1Let them climb the truck
WWETT buyers inspect a vacuum truck from the platform down. We plan safe steps, rails and a clear path around the vehicle, and we keep graphics off the panels a contractor wants to open, with specs on freestanding boards beside each hatch.
2A live camera feed sells the camera
Drain cleaners judge an inspection system by the picture. We build a short pipe run with a joint, a root intrusion or a lateral inside the booth, feed the camera head into it and put the monitor where a passing contractor sees the image from the aisle.
3Photography rules shape the booth story
WWETT prohibits phone, still and video photography on the show floor except exhibitors shooting their own booths. Visitors cannot snap your spec board, so we print take-away spec cards and a QR code at every product, sized for a truck-cab dashboard.
4Plan for the Thursday 1 p.m. close
The 2027 expo hall closes at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, after two full days. We front-load demos and meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday, and stage crating and truck-out so a vehicle can leave the hall as soon as Fern opens the doors.

Where you could be at WWETT Show 2027
WWETT has not published its hall assignment for 2027. These are the parts of the Indiana Convention Center an exhibitor deals with, from the halls to the skywalk hotels.
Exhibit halls
Eleven halls totalling 566,600 square feet; WWETT itself cites more than 315,000 square feet of exhibits.
Our advice We wait for your booth number to set the dock and the vehicle route, since trucks need a clear path through the hall doors.
Meeting rooms and ballrooms
71 meeting rooms and 3 ballrooms, the building's breakout space for conference sessions such as WWETT's education program.
Our advice Contractors leave sessions in waves; we schedule your demos for those breaks, when the aisles fill again.
Skywalk to 12 hotels
Enclosed bridges run to 12 hotels and over 4,700 guest rooms; the 1,000-plus-room JW Marriott Indianapolis is one of them.
Our advice In February that walk matters; we book your staff and our project manager into a skywalk hotel and keep restock boxes off the street.

Logistics for WWETT Show 2027, handled
The Indiana Convention Center's 11 halls hold 566,600 square feet between them, and WWETT's freight into the building is the sole job of Fern Exposition Services, which takes booth-service orders through its OneView portal. The venue keeps union labor for installation, dismantle and dock work even though Indiana is a right-to-work state, so we book the crew hours in advance. WWETT runs targeted move-in by schedule, published in the Exhibitor Portal with the marshalling-yard instructions. We drive vehicle placement and the targeted time slot with Fern, ship crated exhibits to the advance warehouse, and our project manager stays on the floor from the first crate to truck-out.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for the building that hosts WWETT Show are in our Indiana Convention Center exhibitor guide.
What Purple handles
- Vehicle placement, steps and rails around trucks on the floor
- Working camera and jetter demo runs inside the booth
- Fern OneView orders and targeted move-in slots
- Union crew hours booked for the Indiana Convention Center
- Take-away spec cards in place of floor photography
- Our project manager from first crate to final truck-out

WWETT Show exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before WWETT Show
When is the WWETT Show 2027?
The WWETT Show 2027 runs February 22–25, 2027 in Indianapolis. The conference opens February 22, and the expo hall follows on February 23–25, open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 in the morning until 5, and Thursday from 9 until 1 in the afternoon.
Where is the WWETT Show held?
At the Indiana Convention Center, 100 S Capitol Avenue in downtown Indianapolis, the same venue as the 2026 show. A dozen downtown hotels, the JW Marriott Indianapolis among them, reach the halls by enclosed skywalk.
How many people attend the WWETT Show?
WWETT cites 14,000+ professionals, 550+ suppliers, more than 20 industries and 44+ countries, with over 315,000 square feet of exhibit space. Informa reported that 2026 attendance rose 6% over 2025, when the show counted more than 12,000 participants.
How much is booth space at WWETT 2027?
WWETT's 2027 inline space costs $43.50 per square foot. Larger footprints pay less: $38.25 for 400 to 999 square feet, $34.25 for 1,000 to 1,999, $31.00 for 2,000 to 3,999, $28.50 for 4,000 to 5,499 and $26.50 above 5,500. Every booth also needs a digital listing package.
What does a WWETT booth cost to build?
Plan $7,500 to $15,000 for a 10×20 rental or $25,000 to $55,000 for a 20×30 rental island, design through installation, on top of WWETT's space rate. A vehicle on the floor moves the number most here, through steps, rails, floor protection and the move-in slot.
Who handles freight at the WWETT Show?
WWETT says getting freight into the building is the sole responsibility of Fern Exposition Services, and booth services such as carpet, cleaning and electrical are ordered through Fern's OneView portal. Carpet is not included with the booth. We place those orders and book your targeted move-in time.
Can we set up our own booth at the Indiana Convention Center?
The Indiana Convention Center uses union labor for installation, dismantle and dock work, even though Indiana is a right-to-work state, so plan on union crews for anything beyond small hand-carried items. Workers who only need the floor during move-in and move-out get WWETT wristbands instead of badges.
Can visitors take photos at the WWETT Show?
WWETT prohibits cell phone, still and video photography on the show floor; exhibitors may photograph and film their own booths, and working press are escorted. Recording is not allowed in education seminars. If you do not want press shooting your booth, you tell WWETT marketing staff on site.
How many badges come with a WWETT booth?
WWETT ties badges to booth size: 5 for 100 square feet, 10 for up to 200, 15 for up to 400, 20 for up to 800, 30 for up to 1,500, 40 for up to 2,000, 50 for up to 4,999 and 75 for 5,000 or more. Extra badges cost $55 each.
Is the WWETT Show open to the public?
WWETT is a trade event for wastewater and environmental service professionals, and everyone 18 or older must register to receive a badge. Visitors 17 and under are admitted only with parental supervision, a rule WWETT says it enforces strictly during show hours.
What is the cancellation deadline for WWETT 2027 exhibitors?
Cancellations must reach WWETT in writing before January 22, 2027, and some items, including paid exhibitor badges, are non-refundable. We aim to have your design signed off well before that date, so the decision to go is final when production starts.
Can we rent a booth for the WWETT Show?
We rent frames, counters, spec boards and lighting with your graphics, sized to sit beside a truck or trailer you bring yourself. That keeps the budget on the equipment buyers came to see, and the same kit can follow you to Work Truck Week or WasteExpo.
We already own a booth. Can you refresh it for WWETT?
We repair and reprint existing booths, rework them around a vehicle footprint, ship them to Indianapolis and install them with our project manager. Between shows we store the booth in Fishkill, NY and send it on to your next event.
Before you sign for WWETT Show
Ask any WWETT Show exhibit builder these five questions:
- Are all fees on paper, including what the contractor at the Indiana Convention Center bills?
- Who actually builds it for WWETT Show: your shop or a subcontractor?
- Will your own project manager be at WWETT Show for install and dismantle?
- What does the rental include, and what is billed by WWETT Show?
- Once WWETT Show closes, where does the booth go and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh its graphics, repair what is worn, ship and install it for WWETT Show, and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for and bring it to WWETT Show.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We handle the ground work for WWETT Show: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager replying to your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? A rental with your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. We tell you on the first call what is realistic for your date.
