Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Clarion Events)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Expo at World Market Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Expo at World Market Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Expo at World Market Center requires
Published rates:
- Early breakdown deposit: $200, forfeited if you pack before 6 p.m. on the last day (2027 rules)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- November 2026: Booth package confirmed with WWIN; send us the footprint, labels and which furnishings come in your package.
- December 2026: Graphics, rail headers and lit shelving approved; artwork sized to the 8-foot limit.
- January 2027: Print and fixture build in our Las Vegas shop; additional furnishings ordered in WWIN's Exhibitor Resource Center.
- February 13–14, 2027: Move-in, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days; graphics and lighting go into your package booth under your Purple project manager.
- February 15–17, 2027: Show days; breakdown from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on February 17, never earlier.

Checklist
- Send your WWIN booth number, package size and the furnishings it includes
- List labels, rails and accessories you will show and any Men's Edit lines
- Approve back-wall and header graphics sized to the 8-foot limit
- Book The Palms nights through the exhibitor link and extra rooms through the exhibitor hub
- Plan staff for move-in on February 13–14 and breakdown after 6 p.m. on February 17
- International exhibitors: book freight with Kuehne+Nagel early
