Furnished booths, styled to sell: WWIN 2027 booth graphics in Las Vegas

WWIN calls itself an order-writing show, so we dress turnkey booths to sell: rails styled by outfit, a lit accessory shelf and a seat where a boutique owner can write the order. Booths stop at 8 feet, so we put the brand into graphics and lighting, not height.

  • Feb 15–17 · The Expo

What makes WWIN different, and how we build for it

WWIN, Womenswear in Nevada, is the women's specialty-store market of the Las Vegas February week, held downtown at The Expo at World Market Center rather than at the LVCC.Exhibitors book a turnkey booth package with furnishings, and WWIN covers hotel nights at The Palms for every exhibiting company, which it says no other Las Vegas Fashion Week event does, plus free breakfast and lunch for exhibitors and buyers. WWIN lists 400+ exhibitors and 1,500+ product lines of women's apparel, accessories, jewelry, handbags and footwear, and The Men's Edit adds contemporary, lifestyle and tailored menswear. The floor also carries Trend Discovery Pavilions, a Point-of-Purchase Pavilion and Shop Twenty-One-Hundred, a single aisle of boutique-style booths.

Women's boutique owners

Outfits they can picture on their own floor, missy and contemporary fits shown on forms, honest minimums and a chair to write the order with the rep.

Independent reps and multi-line showrooms

Several labels shown without confusion: each line with its own rail and header, line sheets within reach and a table for back-to-back appointments.

Menswear and accessory buyers

The Men's Edit for tailored and lifestyle menswear, and a Point-of-Purchase Pavilion for countertop and checkout-lane items they can add to an order.

Your team in Las Vegas

Two shops and one project manager for WWIN

Our Fishkill, NY production shop and our Las Vegas hub build the booth, we ship it to the Expo at World Market Center, and our own project manager runs the WWIN install on the floor with vetted local labor. Builds take a predictable 30 to 45 days, with secure storage and pre-show QA.

When your team gets to Las Vegas, the booth is lit and stocked. You just show up.

Rules that shape your WWIN booth

Eight feet is the ceiling

WWIN lets booths be built up to 8 feet tall and nothing past the booth boundaries, including the space between the back drape and the facility walls. We size every graphic and header to stay inside that envelope.

Organizer rule

$200 deposit for early packing

Breakdown opens at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2027 and runs to 10 p.m.; exhibitors who start earlier forfeit the $200 Early Breakdown deposit. Our strike starts at 6 p.m. sharp, and the graphics come down fast.

Organizer rule

Business ID for new buyers

WWIN is trade only: new buyers show a business ID and a personal photo ID at badge pickup, and children under 14 are discouraged. The aisles hold buyers, so we plan seating for order writing rather than samples for browsers.

Organizer rule

Connections Housing books rooms

Connections Housing is WWIN's only official housing company, and exhibitor nights at The Palms come through the contract. Our project manager and your team are both planned around the Sunday arrival so setup finishes on time.

02 Booths & pricing for WWIN 2027

Popular booth sizes at WWIN

WWIN sells a turnkey booth package that includes furnishings, so Purple does not build a custom structure here. We add what fits WWIN's rules: graphics, lit shelving and rails inside the booth line at no more than 8 feet, planned from the footprint in your WWIN contract.

Case study · French Avenue

French Avenue at a fragrance and beauty trade show

A premium fragrance environment built around discovery, with a flow designed for real conversations and product sampling.

French Avenue's fragrance booth led visitors from finding a product to talking about it; a WWIN booth does that inside a furnished package, with styled outfits leading a boutique owner to the order table.

04 Designing for women's contemporary and missy apparel, accessories, footwear and menswear brands at WWIN

Four things we get right for WWIN exhibitors

Rows of hats on display in a New Orleans hat shop1

Brand it below 8 feet

WWIN caps booths at 8 feet and keeps every display inside the booth line, including the gap behind the drape. We print the back wall edge to edge at 8 feet and add lit headers on the rails, so the brand reads from the aisle without height.

The Fremont Street Experience canopy in downtown Las Vegas2

Style outfits, not hangers

Boutique owners buy looks they can sell as a set. We hang rails by outfit, top, bottom and layer together, and put two forms at the front in this season's story, so a buyer sees how the line merchandises in her store.

Clothes racks lined up at an outdoor fashion show in Taipei, 20083

Light the jewelry and handbags

WWIN lists jewelry, handbags and accessories alongside apparel, and the Point-of-Purchase Pavilion pulls buyers toward add-ons. A short lit shelf near the order table turns accessories into an add-on to every apparel order.

4

Graphics that pack into a suitcase

Because the booth comes as a furnished package, what you add should travel light. We build fabric graphics and clip-on rail headers that fit checked luggage or one small crate, so your team can set up in WWIN's two move-in days.

Where you could be at WWIN 2027

WWIN fills The Expo at World Market Center in downtown Las Vegas; it has not published which hall each section uses. These are the building's halls and features, from International Market Centers' 2019 announcement and WWIN's own pages.

A

North and South halls

Two exhibit halls, North at 97,684 and South at 97,101 gross square feet, in International Market Centers' 2019 plan for the building.

Our advice Package booths here are uniform, so lit headers and a strong back wall are what separate your line from the next.

B

Shop Twenty-One-Hundred (the 2100 aisle)

A single aisle of boutique-style booths where established brands show curated capsule collections.

Our advice If you are placed here, we style the booth as a small shop: one capsule, forms, a mirror and a counter.

C

Point-of-Purchase Pavilion

A marketplace for countertop, impulse-purchase and checkout-lane products: accessories, gifts and beauty.

Our advice Small products need display risers and lit shelving at counter height; we build them to pack into one case.

05 The Expo at World Market Center · Las Vegas

Logistics for WWIN 2027, handled

The Expo at World Market Center is a downtown exhibition building on the World Market Center campus, announced by International Market Centers in 2019 with two halls, North and South, of about 97,000 gross square feet each and an attached parking garage. WWIN's move-in runs Saturday and Sunday, February 13–14, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; furnishings arrive before move-in, and the Fern Exhibitor Services Desk handles anything missing. Breakdown starts Wednesday, February 17 at 6 p.m. and must end by 10 p.m., and packing early forfeits the $200 Early Breakdown deposit. We print graphics and build fixtures at our Las Vegas hub, and your project manager has them set up inside WWIN's 8-foot limit.

What Purple handles

  • Edge-to-edge back-wall graphics at 8 feet
  • Lit rail headers and accessory shelving
  • Fabric graphics that travel in luggage
  • Install during WWIN's February 13–14 move-in
  • Breakdown after 6 p.m. so your deposit stays intact

WWIN exhibitor questions

Questions exhibitors ask us before WWIN

When is WWIN February 2027?

WWIN runs Monday, February 15 to Wednesday, February 17, 2027. Doors open at 9 a.m. each day, closing at 7 p.m. the first two days and 6 p.m. on the last. Badge pickup opens Sunday, February 14 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. WWIN holds Las Vegas markets in February and August.

Where is WWIN held?

WWIN fills The Expo at World Market Center on Grand Central Parkway in downtown Las Vegas, not the Las Vegas Convention Center. A free shuttle links The Palms, Piero's across from the LVCC and The Expo, and parking at The Expo is free.

Who organizes WWIN?

WWIN is run by Clarion Events; the show's contact and exhibitor-services addresses are at clarionevents.com, and its policies link to Clarion. The event is branded WWIN x TME, Womenswear in Nevada with The Men's Edit, and WWIN says buyers have trusted it for over 25 years.

How many exhibitors are at WWIN?

WWIN lists 400+ exhibitors and 1,500+ product lines on its show page, covering women's apparel, accessories, jewelry, handbags and footwear, with The Men's Edit adding menswear. WWIN does not publish an attendance figure.

Who exhibits at WWIN?

Wholesale brands, independent reps, accessory makers and footwear brands. Labels shown on WWIN's site include Frank Lyman, Gretchen Scott, White Stuff, Shannon Passero, Nally & Millie, Clara Sunwoo and FDJ French Dressing Jeans, while The Men's Edit adds tailoring names such as Suits America and Ugo Vasare.

Is WWIN open to the public?

WWIN is open to the trade only, and admission is free for qualified retailers. New buyers show a business ID at badge pickup plus a personal photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. Children under 14 and strollers are strongly discouraged.

What comes with a WWIN booth?

WWIN sells a turnkey booth package that includes furnishings, delivered before move-in, plus hotel nights at The Palms for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday under your contract and free breakfast and lunch. Extra furnishings, staff badges and lead retrieval are ordered in WWIN's Exhibitor Resource Center.

How tall can a WWIN booth be?

Booths can be built up to 8 feet tall, and nothing may extend past your booth boundaries, including the space between the back drape and the building walls. We design graphics, headers and lighting to that height, so the booth reads as yours without breaking the rule.

How much does it cost to dress a WWIN booth?

WWIN prices its turnkey package directly and does not post rates. What Purple adds, back-wall graphics, rail headers, lit shelving and installation, is a smaller job than a full rental because the furnishings come from WWIN; we quote it as a fixed proposal once you send the package details.

When is move-in and breakdown at WWIN?

Move-in is Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14, 2027, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Breakdown runs Wednesday, February 17 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Anyone who packs before 6 p.m. forfeits the $200 Early Breakdown deposit. Staying late during setup needs an email to the Exhibitor Services Manager.

Where do WWIN exhibitors stay?

The exhibitor host hotel is The Palms, and your contract covers the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights; you book with a credit card and pay only for extra nights or incidentals. Connections Housing is WWIN's only official housing company, so ignore other callers.

How does WWIN fit with MAGIC and the LVCC shows?

WWIN opens Monday, February 15, a day before MAGIC, PROJECT, SOURCING and OFFPRICE open at the LVCC on February 16, and the free shuttle stops at Piero's across from the convention center. Boutique buyers can work WWIN first, then cross town.

Can international brands exhibit at WWIN?

WWIN names Kuehne+Nagel Expo & Event Logistics USA as the preferred freight forwarder for international exhibitors. We handle the U.S. side: graphics printed in Las Vegas so they need not cross a border, installation during move-in and storage until the August market.

Is WWIN worth exhibiting at?

For missy and contemporary women's labels selling to specialty boutiques, WWIN offers a furnished booth, covered hotel nights and buyers who come to write orders, at lower setup effort than an LVCC show. Trend and young contemporary brands chasing chain buyers fit MAGIC better.

Before you sign with anyone

Ask any WWIN exhibit builder these five questions:

  1. Are all fees on paper, including what the contractor at the Expo at World Market Center bills?
  2. Who builds the WWIN booth: your own shop or a subcontractor?
  3. Will your project manager be on the floor at the Expo at World Market Center for install and dismantle?
  4. What exactly is in the rental, and what does WWIN bill?
  5. Where does the booth go after WWIN, and what does storage cost?

Common situations

Already own a booth? Bring it: we refresh the graphics, repair what is worn, ship it, install it at WWIN and store it until the next show. You keep the structure you paid for and bring it to WWIN.

Exhibiting from outside the US? We handle the ground work for WWIN: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager replying to your emails in your time zone.

Short on time? In two to three weeks, a rental with your graphics can be ready for Las Vegas. We tell you on the first call what is realistic before WWIN.
