At IBS and KBIS, buyers judge the room first and the person standing in it a second later. Purple Exhibits provides IBS + KBIS booth staff: product presenters, trade show models, cooking demo hosts, design desk coordinators and booth reps for exhibitors at Design & Construction Week. Every role costs $85 per person per hour, with a four-hour minimum. Our crew lives in Las Vegas, so your invoice carries no flights, hotels or travel fees. DCW 2027 runs February 2–4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where the NAHB International Builders’ Show and the NKBA Kitchen & Bath Industry Show share the week. It is trade-only. TISE fills Mandalay Bay on the same three days, so local staff book up early. Aim for eight weeks out; we still accept rush requests with 72 hours’ notice.

Hosts, reps and crew leads from real Purple Exhibits booths. Polished, briefed on the product and comfortable talking to designers and builders.

Board 01 · Booth rep (top of page). A rep in a white shirt and black trousers shows a design buyer the line on a tablet, inside a showroom booth of woven pendants and rattan furniture.
That is the standard we bring to DCW: a crew that knows the collection, dresses for the room and keeps every meeting on time.

Example KBIS island plan, not to scale. Before the show we mark up your real floor plan the same way.
The full kitchen is the reason people walk in. A presenter works the island, names each finish and cabinet line, and hands serious designers to the appointment desk.
Your chef cooks on the range you sell. A host fills the stools before each round and a hostess walks a small tasting tray through the crowd.
Tubs and shower walls draw phones and photos. A model stands with the suite, keeps people from climbing in and points them to the finish samples.
Touchless and voice faucets need a live demo every few minutes. A presenter runs the water, shows the app and scans each visitor who asks for specs.
Designers and dealers like a fixed time. A coordinator keeps the calendar, greets each guest by name and keeps your team on schedule.
The first face at the aisle. An ambassador trades catalogs and samples for a badge scan and sends each visitor to the right room.
Brands that have booked Purple
Organizers expect more than 2,350 brands across the two shows. A siding wall and a showroom kitchen pull different visitors, so the staff plan changes too.
Windows, siding, roofing, doors, tools and whole model-home builds. The people in the aisle build and remodel houses. They want install time, specs and price, and they rarely stay long without a reason.
Cabinets, counters, tubs, faucets and appliances set up like a high-end showroom. Designers and dealers touch every finish and want a set time to talk. Staff must know each collection by name.
One badge, two floors. A KBIS registration also covers the IBS exhibits. Expect designers at your builder booth and builders in your kitchen, and brief staff for both.

Eight services exhibitors book for Design & Construction Week 2027, all at $85 per hour per person. Need staff for other Las Vegas shows this year? See our Las Vegas booth staffing and trade show models page.
Models stand with the bath suite or the hero kitchen for photos and first questions. They learn the collection names, so a designer asking about a finish gets a straight answer.
Ambassadors hold the aisle entry, trade catalogs and samples for a badge scan and send builders and designers to the right room.
For a launch hour or a press moment, promo models hand out samples and keep the photo spot in front of your new product moving.
Hostesses serve tasting trays at the demo counter and run check-in at suites, receptions and builder dinners.
Presenters demo touchless faucets, smart appliances, windows or siding systems on a set loop and pass technical questions to your engineers.
A coordinator runs the designer appointment desk, confirms each slot and greets booked dealers by name.
Reps ask builders, remodelers and designers what they are working on, tag each scan and book follow-ups for your sales team.
DCW draws international buyers. Ask for the languages your dealers and distributors speak and we confirm who is available with your quote.
Kitchen, bath and building-product people who learn your finish names before the doors open. These five roles cover most IBS and KBIS booths.

Models who stand with a freestanding tub or a kitchen vignette and keep visitors in the room.

Presenters who run smart faucet and appliance demos at the island, every few minutes.

Ambassadors who hand over a catalog only after a badge scan.

Hostesses who fill the demo stools and carry small tasting trays through the crowd.

Reps with tablets who qualify home builders and remodelers for your sales team.

Demo rounds timedHosts matched to your chef.
Appliance brands at KBIS often cook live. The food is your chef’s job. Filling the seats, serving the tastings and capturing the leads is ours.
Ten minutes before each round, a host invites passers-by in and fills every stool at the counter.
Your chef works the range. Our presenter points out the burners, the oven modes and the hood while the food cooks.
A hostess walks small bites through the crowd and keeps the counter clean between plates.
Recipe cards go out in exchange for a badge scan, so each taster leaves as a lead.
Repeat every hour. Between rounds the host stays at the counter, so it never looks closed.
Two jobs that show up at DCW more than at most shows. Each one needs a dedicated person, not a rep doing it on the side.
Full builds with windows, siding and finished rooms invite people to step inside. Two hosts greet builders at the front door, give a short guided loop and note what each one asked about.
Designers and dealers often plan their show around booked meetings. A coordinator runs your calendar, confirms each slot, greets guests by name and keeps your designers moving on time.
