What drives the cost at InfoComm 2027

  • Large LED walls and AV demos need significant power. Plan circuits early and order before the discount deadline.
  • AV equipment and LED panels are heavy and fragile. Budget for proper crating and possible special handling.
  • Exhibit days are fewer than the full event dates, so plan hotel nights around the exhibit schedule.

Dates and travel

  • Discount deadlines. Most exhibitor kits close the lower prices for labor, electrical and advance-warehouse freight three to four weeks before move-in. For InfoComm 2027 that means around May 19, 2027 to May 26, 2027. Your kit has the exact dates.
  • Hotel nights. 3 exhibit days plus a day each for move-in and move-out is about 5 nights per person. The estimate budgets $1,500–$3,000 per traveler.
  • Also in Orlando around the same dates: Premiere Orlando (Jun 5–7, 2027), IPMI Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo (Jun 6–9, 2027), ANS Annual Meeting (Jun 13–16, 2027), BOAF Annual Conference & Expo (Jun 13–16, 2027), Florida Dental Convention (Jun 24–26, 2027). Book hotels early when large events overlap.
