ABC Kids Expo 2027 booth design & build in Las Vegas
Custom and rental exhibits for baby gear, nursery and juvenile product brands, built so a retail buyer can handle the stroller, open the crib drawer and write the order at your table. Demo lanes, sample libraries and Mandalay Bay drayage handled by Purple's Las Vegas crew.

What makes ABC Kids Expo different, and how we build for it
ABC Kids Expo is the juvenile-products industry's own trade show, and the whole floor is built around retail buyers writing orders for the season ahead. The New Product Showcase is the first stop for most of them. The Modern Child, Naturally Kids and Maternity Square pavilions group like-minded brands so a buyer can shop a category in one pass, the Made in USA Showcase puts small domestic brands on a stage next to the majors, and the Celebrity Nurseries draw a crowd. The Retailers Reward Program keeps store owners on the floor through Friday. Your booth has to hold a buyer who handles the product, asks about safety testing and wholesale terms, then walks across the aisle to compare.
Room to handle a stroller, open a carrier and feel a fabric, then a table to talk minimums, margins and ship dates without standing in the aisle.
A clear line hierarchy, safety and testing information at hand, and a place to sit for an assortment or planogram conversation.
The full catalogue in one pass, packaging and labeling at eye level, and staff who can answer questions on territories and compliance.

Booth options for ABC Kids Expo 2027
Pick a footprint. We’ll price it as a rental, a custom build, or a hybrid.
ABC sells a standard pipe-and-drape booth and islands as raw space, so most of the Bayside floor runs 10×10 and 10×20 inlines, with islands for the category leaders and the pavilion anchors. Purple clients usually take a 10×20 with a stroller demo lane or a 20×20 island with a nursery vignette and a hanging sign.

One hero product, a shallow shelf of the core line, a counter with storage inside and a stool for a buyer.

A stroller or car seat demo lane, a nursery or feeding display and a small table for writing orders.
See 10×20 rental booths →
A nursery vignette, a demo area, an open meeting table and a hanging sign over the whole thing.
See 20×20 rental booths →
Gear, nursery and accessory zones with shared reception, a private meeting room and sample storage.
See 20×30 rental booths →All-in 2026 ranges for design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle; booth space, drayage and show services are separate. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show. Designing for baby, nursery and juvenile product brands at ABC Kids Expo
Four things we get right for ABC Kids Expo exhibitors

Set the stroller demo before the walls
A stroller or car seat demo needs room for the rep, the buyer and the reset, with accessories within reach. We map the handling sequence with your product team first, then place fixtures so the demo runs inside your footprint and never spills into the aisle.

Build the nursery vignette, then the samples
We build a restrained nursery vignette with the crib, dresser and textiles that define the range, then put every extra finish and fabric in a sample library beside it. Buyers see scale and coordination at once, and the main setting stays intact while they compare swatches.
Make small differences easy to see
Feeding, care and travel accessories sell on small differences. We use shallow shelves and a tabletop comparison surface with readable product references, keep variants in labeled drawers underneath, and light the packaging so a buyer can read a safety mark or age grade without picking it up.
Give cartons and restock a home
Cartons, replacement samples and printed sheets need a concealed home from day one. We build storage into counters and the back wall, decide with you which products stay on display and which come out by hand, and give the Friday restock someone's name so the booth stays composed.

Concept rendering
Every proposal comes with a rendering like this
You see the booth in 3D before we cut a single panel: layout, graphics, lighting and product positions, revised until it is right. Shown: a Purple concept for Marmat.

Logistics for ABC Kids Expo 2027, handled
Mandalay Bay Convention Center is a one-level exhibit floor with docks along the east wall, so freight from the advance warehouse is on your booth fast. Fern is the show contractor and sets the marshaling yard and advance warehouse; material handling is Teamsters Local 631, so we pack strollers and furniture to keep the weight down and ship to Fern's warehouse target. MGM keeps rigging, electrical and internet in house; we order them at the early-bird rates and file the EAC forms with the show and the resort. Our Las Vegas shop is twenty minutes away, our crew installs and dismantles, and we book you into the attached Mandalay Bay block or the Luxor tram hotels.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Mandalay Bay Convention Center exhibitor guide.

ABC Kids Expo exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before ABC Kids Expo
How much does a 10×20 at ABC Kids Expo cost?
A complete 10×20 rental at ABC Kids Expo lands between $7,500 and $15,000, and a custom 10×20 between $15,000 and $45,000, covering design, structure, graphics and installation. A 20×20 custom island runs $50,000 to $120,000. Stroller demo fixtures and a nursery vignette move the number; send us the product list and we return a fixed quote.
Can you install at Mandalay Bay?
Yes. We have a Las Vegas shop twenty minutes from the Strip and a crew that works Mandalay Bay all year. We file the EAC paperwork with ABC and MGM, unload from the advance warehouse onto the one-level Bayside floor and have every stroller, crib and display built and tested before you land.
Can we rent a booth for ABC Kids Expo?
Yes. Rental structures with your graphics, custom product fixtures on a rental frame, and fully custom builds are all on the table. Most first-time ABC exhibitors start with a 10×10 or 10×20 rental and add a custom demo counter or nursery vignette, then reuse the fixtures at the next show.
When do we need to decide?
Design sign-off by the first week of March gives us a 30 to 45 day build and a mid-April ship to the advance warehouse. We can start later, but you give up some finish choices and pay more for freight. The sooner your product list is set, the more we can do for the same budget.
Do you handle Fern orders and drayage?
Yes. We read the ABC exhibitor kit, place the Fern material handling, electrical and cleaning orders, and keep drayage down by packing light and shipping to the advance warehouse on target. Our crew handles empties, the MHA and the outbound bill of lading so nothing waits on you or your sales team.
