Cosmoprof Las Vegas 2027 · Custom exhibit design & build Beauty, within reach.

Give buyers a reason to pick up the product, understand the collection and picture it in their own business. A Cosmoprof exhibit should make that progression feel natural.

A show-specific perspective

A beauty destination with a buying conversation built in

Cosmoprof North America brings finished beauty products together with the Cosmopack supply chain. Those audiences need different evidence. A skincare buyer may start with packaging and texture; a brand developing its next range may need to compare containers, formulations or manufacturing capabilities. Your stand should make its purpose clear before a visitor reaches the first shelf.

From first impression to buyer conversation

The collection studio

Build the exhibit around a curated discovery counter, with a quieter place to turn interest into a commercial brief. This is a design direction, subject to your assigned space and current show requirements.

  1. The introduction

    Find the collection

Use one recognizable brand gesture and a clear category statement at the aisle. A buyer should be able to distinguish a finished skincare range from a packaging supplier immediately. Give the launch its own visual hierarchy instead of assigning every SKU the same prominence.

  2. The encounter

    Explore the product

Place a considered selection at a comfortable viewing and handling height. Keep unopened presentation stock separate from approved testers, and specify lighting with the real packaging present. Glossy bottles, transparent jars and metallic cartons all respond differently under exhibit lighting.

  3. The comparison

    Compare the possibilities

Provide a surface where a representative can assemble a small range, set two packaging options together or explain a merchandising proposal. Removable trays help the same station serve several conversations without leaving the entire assortment spread across the counter.

  4. The conversation

    Define the next step

Move longer distribution, private-label and manufacturing discussions to a seated setting. Keep relevant sample identifiers and approved commercial information close at hand. Capture what the buyer actually requested, including the product family and intended market, so follow-up starts with a useful brief.

Built around what you bring

Different beauty businesses need different display tools

01

Finished beauty collections

Skincare, haircare, fragrance and color collections benefit from an edited retail rhythm: a hero product, a supporting range and a clear explanation of where each belongs. Design shelves around real package dimensions. Allow staff to replenish the visible assortment without opening a shipping carton in the middle of a buyer conversation.

02

Packaging and components

For Cosmopack exhibitors, make closures, decoration options and material samples easy to compare. A labeled sample library can work harder than a wall of anonymous containers. Give visitors a way to connect the physical component to its approved specifications while your team records the application being discussed.

03

Private label and manufacturing

Show a coherent sequence from brief to finished presentation using product-owner-approved examples. A small consultation table and organized sample drawers can support a more productive discussion than an oversized screen. Separate illustrative concepts from items that are actually available, and make clear which questions require a later technical review.

The human connection

Make expertise feel approachable

Place an experienced product representative beside the discovery area and give scheduled buyers a recognizable meeting point. Avoid making a large reception desk the first obstacle. Staff should be able to present, replenish and hand a conversation to a colleague without crossing another visitor’s workspace. For a portfolio stand, agree who handles retail, distribution and supplier enquiries before doors open.

Shape the visitor experience

DESIGN NOTES / 01

Let materials support the brand, and the product remain the focus

A beauty exhibit is judged at close range. Shelf edges, counter junctions, visible cable routes and inconsistent lighting can interrupt an otherwise polished story. Start with a physical palette that complements the collection: perhaps soft neutral surfaces for colorful packaging, a warmer material beside clinical-looking bottles, or a crisp background for a highly decorated carton. Review the choices together with actual samples rather than approving an attractive rendering in isolation.

The same attention belongs behind the counter. Decide where replacement testers, packaging, bags and personal items will live. Distinguish display stock from stock intended for approved demonstrations or distribution. Allocate a staff work surface that does not become the primary product stage. These small operational decisions protect the presentation throughout the day and reduce the need for improvised furniture once the stand is installed.

A closer look

Plan for a short discovery and a longer commercial meeting

Some visitors will browse a range in minutes; others will arrive with a specific sourcing brief. Plan a visible welcome point and a path to a more focused discussion without requiring everyone to cross the meeting area. For a multi-brand portfolio, assign each collection a legible home while keeping reception and storage shared. Visitors should understand whether they are looking at one brand, several brands or a supplier serving other brands.

Cosmoprof and Cosmopack belong to the same Las Vegas event, but the booth story should match the contracted sector and buyer. Review the current assignment before adapting an existing display. Confirm which walls, display heights, services and build arrangements apply to that space. Purple can develop the exhibit concept around the agreed brief, while the organizer remains the authority for participation, access and show-specific requirements.

Choose the working space

A footprint with a purpose.

Layout direction 1

An edited inline collection

A compact footprint can use a focused back-wall statement, shallow product shelving and one demonstration counter. Keep the number of displayed products deliberate. A concealed storage bay and a small place to compare samples usually deserve priority over additional decorative elements.

Layout direction 2

A discovery-led corner

Use one open side to introduce the collection and another for a guided product conversation. An angled counter or two smaller stations may let visitors browse without clustering at a single point. Test the arrangement with the actual staffing plan before committing to fixtures.

Layout direction 3

A portfolio island

An island can organize several beauty stories around shared hospitality and meeting space. Establish a clear brand hierarchy so each collection remains identifiable. Keep circulation between displays open, and position private discussions where staff can manage arrivals without leaving guests searching for their contact.

Budget for the finish and the working display

Custom shelving, illuminated product bays, sample drawers, mirrors and specialty finishes influence cost alongside floor area. AV, utilities, freight and installation are separate planning inputs. Define which fixtures should travel to future beauty events before comparing a custom build with rental architecture. A reusable structure with replaceable collection graphics may leave more room in the budget for the product presentation itself.

Useful answers

Cosmoprof Las Vegas exhibit questions.

Talk through your brief
When and where is Cosmoprof Las Vegas 2027?

The organizer confirms July 13–15, 2027 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The dates cover the trade show. Check the current exhibitor information for daily hours and the separate move-in and move-out schedule before planning freight or staff access.

Does this page also cover Cosmopack exhibitors?

Yes. Cosmopack is the beauty supply-chain component of the Las Vegas event, covering areas such as ingredients, manufacturing, packaging and machinery. Your exhibit brief should identify the relevant sector because a component comparison or manufacturing consultation needs a different layout from a finished-product launch.

Can Purple design a booth around a new beauty launch?

The brief can center on a hero launch, supported by coordinated product fixtures, graphics, lighting and meeting space. Supply the actual packaging, approved messaging and planned visitor interaction early. That lets the design express the collection while reserving enough room for samples, staff and replenishment.

Should every product appear on the stand?

Usually an edited assortment is easier to navigate. Display the products that establish the range, then keep additional variants organized for guided discussion. The right quantity depends on the buyer journey: a packaging library may need structured comparison, while a brand launch may work best with a smaller number of prominent products.

How should we plan product testing or demonstrations?

Agree the demonstration with your product owner and check organizer requirements before fixtures are finalized. Define the space, supplies, staffing and reset process it needs. The exhibit design can accommodate that approved process; product suitability, claims and any operating procedures remain with the responsible brand team.

Can a rental exhibit still look like our beauty brand?

Yes. Rental architecture can be paired with tailored graphics, product shelving, lighting and selected custom fixtures. Compare the visible finish and operational needs, not only the structure. A distinctive product counter may matter more to the buyer experience than a fully bespoke wall system.

What information is needed for an exhibit estimate?

Share the confirmed footprint, open sides, brand guidelines, sample list, demonstration needs and expected meeting capacity. Include planned reuse and the services you want coordinated. The estimate can then distinguish the exhibit scope from organizer charges, utilities and other event-specific costs.

Can we reuse the display at another beauty event?

Reuse should be designed in from the start. Modular shelves, replaceable graphics and documented sample trays can adapt as the collection changes. Check the next event’s footprint and requirements before assuming the Las Vegas layout will fit, and retain a clear packing and fixture inventory.
