At World of Concrete the machines pull people in, and your staff decide who stays to talk. Purple Exhibits sends local trade show models, product presenters, demo line hosts, brand ambassadors and booth reps to World of Concrete exhibitors. Every role costs $85 per hour per person, with a four-hour minimum. The whole crew lives in Las Vegas, so there are no flights, hotels or travel fees on your bill. Exhibits run January 19–21, 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, inside the halls and on the outdoor lot, and education sessions run January 18–21. We plan warm layers and rotations for cold January mornings outside, and our hosts keep visitors behind your demo lines. Booking about six weeks ahead gives you the widest choice. Rush requests need 72 hours’ notice.

Three looks from real Purple Exhibits events: race-suit models at an outdoor truck display, a presenter with a mic at a vehicle reveal, and a hostess team in matching suits at a building-products expo. For World of Concrete we put the same kind of polished crew next to your machines and teach them your specs.

At this show the crew follows the machines and the demos. Enter what you are bringing, inside and out, and get a head count and a price.
An example outdoor lot exhibit with a demo lane and a machine pad. Tap an area to read the job, or match the numbers to the crew list.
Example outdoor lot layout, not to scale. Before the show we mark up your real floor plan the same way.
Your own operator runs the machine. Our presenter talks over the headset, and a line host keeps every visitor behind the tape until the demo stops.
Parked machines draw people who want to climb up. A machine host follows your touch and seat rules, answers first questions and hands real buyers to your sales team.
Your newest machine, set up for photos. The host here knows the three specs every contractor asks about and logs each scan.
Swag goes out only after a badge scan. One ambassador runs the counter and tags each lead as contractor, producer, dealer or engineer.
Dealers and fleet buyers sit with your team here. A booth rep qualifies them first so your sales people spend time on real orders.
A small heated tent or your trailer. Outdoor staff rotate through it on a schedule so cold mornings never empty the lot.
Brands that have booked Purple
The 2026 show used more than 600,000 net square feet across indoor halls and an outdoor exhibit area. Each one needs its own staffing plan.
Many indoor booths show tools, materials, decorative finishes and smaller machines. Visitors walk the aisles with a list in hand. A presenter who can explain a spec in one sentence keeps them at your counter.
Bigger equipment, engine noise and moving parts. In January the lot starts cold, so outdoor staff need warm layers, a rotation plan and hosts who hold a demo line without arguing.
Staff arrive in warm layers under the jacket or vest you pick. We ask you to approve a cold-weather look in your brand colors.
Mornings are the coldest part of the day on the lot. Early on we keep outdoor stints short and rotate people through your warm-up point.
Rotations can stretch once the morning chill is gone, but no machine or demo line is left without a host.
Touch-screen gloves let outdoor hosts keep scanning badges on a phone or tablet.

Presenters, line hosts, machine hosts and the relief staff who keep outdoor posts covered. What each does and how many to book.
| Role | What they do at World of Concrete | How many | Book by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product presenter | Talks through a live demo on a headset and explains specs to contractors | One per demo area | 6 weeks out |
| Demo line host | Keeps visitors behind the demo line and resets the crowd between runs | One per demo area | 6 weeks out |
| Machine host | Stays with parked equipment, follows your seat and touch rules | One per two or three machines | 6 weeks out |
| Booth rep / lead qualifier | Sorts contractors, producers, dealers and engineers for your sales team | One or two per booth | 5 weeks out |
| Brand ambassador | Trades swag for a badge scan and pulls aisle traffic in | One per counter | 4 weeks out |
| Trade show model | Gives a hero machine presence for photos and launch moments | One per machine you promote | 5 weeks out |
| Warm-up relief | Covers outdoor posts so staff can rotate inside on cold mornings | One per three outdoor staff | 4 weeks out |
Eight jobs we fill for concrete, masonry and equipment exhibitors. Every one is billed at the same $85 an hour, with a four-hour minimum.
Camera-ready models give your hero machine a face for launches and photo moments, then hand anyone asking about specs to your sales team.
Presenters learn your demo script, wear a headset and explain a trowel finish or a saw’s cut depth in plain words to contractors watching from behind the tape.
Line hosts gather a crowd before each timed run, hold the barrier while machines move and reset the area between demos.
Ambassadors work the aisle and the swag counter, trading tape measures, gloves and caps for badge scans.
For the booth entrance, dealer dinners and customer suites: they check names, seat guests and keep your meeting calendar running on time.
Sign-in desks for your own customer training sessions or a private launch, with a printed list or a tablet.
Reps scan every badge, ask your qualifying questions and tag each visitor as a contractor, producer, dealer or engineer.
Some of your visitors will be more at ease in Spanish. Ask for bilingual presenters or reps, and we brief them on your product terms in both languages.
Five roles we send to concrete booths, from the countertop display to the outdoor demo lot. All local, all at $85 an hour.

A model who stands with your finished work, like a polished concrete countertop, and draws people in for a closer look.

A presenter on a headset who talks through a live power trowel demo while your operator runs the machine.

An ambassador who hands out swag, like a branded tape measure, only after a badge scan.

A host with a radio beside the skid steer, keeping visitors behind the line and in touch with your operator.

A rep with a tablet who sorts contractors, producers and dealers and logs what each one needs.

Warm rotations plannedCold mornings covered.
Pick one look for the whole crew or mix them by post. You approve every piece; we make sure it arrives pressed and on time.
A polo or work shirt in your color, dark work pants and closed-toe boots. In demo areas staff add the hi-vis vest, hard hat or glasses you supply.
Insulated jacket or quilted vest in brand colors, a knit beanie and touch-screen gloves. Warm enough to stay on post, sharp enough for photos.
Matching branded jumpsuits with contrast panels, like the crew in the photo at the top. Hard to miss from across the lot, and great on camera.
Charcoal suits with a scarf or tie in your accent color. The quieter look for dealer meetings, customer suites and evening events.
Live runs bring contractors to your space. Our job is the people around the machine, kept where your rules say they belong.
Send us your demo safety rules. Staff learn them at the January 18 brief and follow them on every run.
In demo areas our staff wear the PPE you supply, such as hard hats, safety glasses, hi-vis vests or ear protection.
Our staff never drive or run your equipment. Your trained operator handles the machine; we handle the people around it.
A line host watches the tape or barrier and stops anyone from stepping in while a machine is moving.
We post demo times, gather a crowd before each run, and scan badges as people walk away.
Tick these off before your equipment ships. Your progress is kept in this browser.
From the education day brief to the last scan on January 21.
The booth is only part of the week. Our Las Vegas Convention Center venue guide covers the halls, docks and outdoor areas; here is where our crews work around them.
Education sessions open and the exhibit floor is still quiet. We walk your booth or lot space, rehearse the demo and set up scanners.
Indoor booths and the outdoor lot run all three days. Relief staff move between posts on a fixed rotation so no machine is left alone.
Dealer dinners, customer suites and launch parties in resort ballrooms and restaurants. Hosts start once the floor closes.
Exhibiting again two weeks later? See our IBS and KBIS booth staff page or the TISE flooring show staffing page. One request can cover both weeks.

A 20×40 booth with machines and one live demo needs about six people: two machine hosts, a presenter, a line host, a lead qualifier and an ambassador. Here is that crew hired in Las Vegas next to the same six flown in.

Exhibits are open January 19–21, 2027, and education sessions run January 18–21, 2027. The show is at the Las Vegas Convention Center and is organized by Informa Markets.
It is a trade-only show. Visitors are contractors, producers, dealers and engineers, so staff need to qualify leads by type and pass serious buyers to your team.
Yes. We send machine hosts, demo line hosts and presenters for the outdoor lot, plus warm-up relief staff so posts stay covered while people rotate inside.
Staff come in warm layers under the outer wear you approve, take short outdoor stints early in the day and rotate through your warm-up point. In January the problem outside is cold, not heat.
Yes, as hosts. Your own trained operators run the machines. Our hosts follow your demo safety rules, wear the PPE you provide and keep visitors behind the demo line.
They learn what you send. Share spec sheets, demo times and the questions contractors ask most, and we brief the crew before exhibits open. Deep technical questions go to your team.
Count your posts: one host per demo area, one presenter per demo, a machine host for every two or three machines, a lead qualifier and an ambassador. The pour ticket estimator on this page does the math.
