What we staff

ISC West staffing services

Eight roles we fill for ISC West 2027 staffing, from the aisle to the briefing room door. One rate covers all of them: $85 per person per hour.

Trade show models

Polished models stand at the aisle edge beside your camera towers and invite integrators in to see the feeds.

Brand ambassadors

Ambassadors scan each badge, hand over the giveaway only after the scan and point visitors to the right demo.

Promotional models

For a product reveal or a photo moment, promotional models present the new hardware and keep the crowd facing the stage.

Hostesses

Hostesses run the meeting lounge, greet partners with appointments and look after guests at evening receptions.

Product demonstrators

Demonstrators learn a short script for your video wall, reader or headset demo and run it the same way all day.

Registration and check-in staff

Check-in staff handle guest lists for briefings, partner training rooms and customer events during the week.

Lead capture booth reps

Reps scan, ask your approved questions and tag every lead as an integrator, dealer, end user or consultant.

Multilingual staff

Meeting partners from Latin America or overseas? Ask early for Spanish or another language and we look for Las Vegas staff who speak it.

Alarm log

Five ISC West staffing mistakes to avoid

ALM-01

Demo with no script

Presenters drift into specs nobody asked for. A tight 60-second script keeps the crowd and the message.

ALM-02

No line at the drone cage

Visitors lean on the netting and block the view. Two hosts and a marked line fix it.

ALM-03

Every badge treated the same

An end user and an integrator need different follow-ups. Tag each lead by type at the scan.

ALM-04

Open door on the briefing room

One open door lets the aisle see an unreleased product. Post a host at the door all day.

ALM-05

Staffing the whole five days

The five-day span includes education. Book floor shifts around your real hall hours, not the full calendar.

Purple Exhibits Las Vegas team
Checked by our ISC West coordinators · Updated

How much do ISC West booth staff and trade show models cost?

Every role is $85 an hour per person, with a four-hour minimum per shift. Demo presenters, access-control hosts, cage hosts, triage reps and trade show models all bill the same. Our staff live in Las Vegas, so there are no travel fees on the invoice.

When is ISC West 2027?

April 5–9, 2027, at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. The five days include education, and the expo floor opens for part of the week. We match your shifts to your hall hours.

Can your staff run our live camera or access-control demo?

Yes. Send a short script and give us an hour with your engineer on setup day. Presenters run the walk-through; deep technical questions go to your team.

Do you staff drone and robotics demos?

Yes, on the people side. Your pilot or operator runs the hardware. Our hosts hold the line outside the cage, give a short safety talk and line up the next group.

How do your reps qualify integrators, dealers and end users?

They scan the badge and ask two or three questions you approve. Each lead is tagged as integrator, dealer, end user or consultant, so your follow-up fits the person.

Will your staff sign our NDA?

Yes. Anyone who works near your briefing room signs your NDA before the show, and the door host collects guest NDAs before each session.

How many staff does an ISC West booth need?

Count your live demo stations first. Most booths need one person per station, a triage rep and a greeter. The crew planner on this page does the math.

How far ahead should I book for ISC West?

Aim for about six weeks before April 5 so we can match staff to your demos and rehearse them. Rush requests still work with 72 hours’ notice, but earlier booking gives you more choice of staff.

Do you staff suites and customer dinners during ISC West?

Yes. We send hostesses, door hosts and meeting hosts for suites, integrator dinners and receptions during the week.

What happens if a staff member cancels?

We hold standby staff in Las Vegas during the show. A briefed replacement reaches the Venetian Expo within two hours. If we miss that, you do not pay for that shift.

Are you the official ISC West staffing company?

No. We are an independent company that exhibitors hire directly. We are not affiliated with RX or the Security Industry Association (SIA).

Can Purple build our ISC West booth too?

Yes. We design, build and install exhibits in Las Vegas, including demo walls and enclosed briefing rooms, and staff them under one plan.

Where can I hire booth staff near the Venetian Expo?

Through us. Our ISC West crews live in Las Vegas and report to the Venetian Expo on Sands Avenue without flights or hotel rooms on your bill. The same people can cover suites upstairs and dinners near the Strip, at $85 an hour each with a four-hour minimum.

Can I book promotional models for one day of ISC West?

Yes. Book one shift on the busiest floor day, or only for a launch or reception. Each person has a four-hour minimum, and you can add more days later if there is still time to brief.

Do you offer bilingual booth staff for ISC West?

We can often find them. Tell us when you book which languages your buyers speak, such as Spanish, and we look for Las Vegas staff who speak them. Bilingual staff bill the same $85 an hour.
