What makes Aesthetic MEET different, and how we build for it

The Aesthetic MEET is the annual meeting of The Aesthetic Society and The Aesthetic Foundation, and it is the CME conference for board-certified aesthetic plastic surgeons, not a general beauty expo. The 2027 theme is Fuel the Fire. Exhibits open April 16, a day after the hands-on cadaver labs and the injectable and energy-based device training begin, and the program pairs a technical innovation showcase with business-of-practice sessions. That mix shapes the booth: the surgeon inspecting your handpiece in the morning is pricing it for the practice by the afternoon, so we design one edge for hands-on inspection and another for the numbers conversation, all inside Miami Beach Convention Center's contiguous Halls A–D.

Aesthetic plastic surgeons

The device at inspection height with the operator beside it, a clear view of the interface, and a qualified representative who can separate a demonstrated feature from a claim that needs a clinical conversation.

Practice owners and administrators

A consult table set back from the demonstration edge where room footprint, installation, staff training, service and financing can be worked through on an editable screen instead of a printed promise.

Clinical and nursing staff

A supervised, clearly labeled training interface or nonclinical model where they can learn the workflow, with observers kept to one side and a reset between sessions.

Purple in Miami Beach

Local crew, national shop

Purple builds in Fishkill, NY and Las Vegas, NV, ships to every hall in the United States and installs on site with our own project manager and local labor. For Miami Beach we book freight targets, coordinate the general contractor and run a pre-show QA so your team can just show up.

Predictable 30–45-day turnarounds, secure storage and pre-show QA. Your booth ships from our production shop in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas hub, and our project manager is on the floor for install and dismantle.

Booth options for Aesthetic MEET 2027

Pick a footprint. We’ll price it as a rental, a custom build, or a hybrid.

The exhibit floor at The Aesthetic MEET is a compact, device-led room: energy-based platforms, injectable and skincare houses and practice software share the aisles, and the largest device makers take the islands. Most Purple clients here choose a 10×20 with one hero device or a 20×20 island with a demo station and a screened consult corner.

All-in 2026 ranges for design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle; booth space, drayage and show services are separate. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show. Designing for aesthetic device, injectable and skincare brands at Aesthetic MEET

Four things we get right for Aesthetic MEET exhibitors

Medical laser device with a digital interface

Fit the fixture to the device

We build plinths and counters from your device's measured mounting points, service clearances and cable routes, so the operator never reaches around a surgeon to touch a control. Display-only units and working demonstration units get different furniture, and both leave room for the accessory cart and the reset between sessions.

Portrait of an aesthetics professional in scrubs

Light skin tones and screens honestly

Glossy handpieces, glass screens and before-and-after imagery all misbehave under hard spotlights. We test your real product finishes and approved imagery under the proposed fixtures, keep colored spill light off the device and balance the light so a photograph of a conversation in your booth looks professional.

Give the demo a clear view

We orient operator, device and observer together, put the interface screen where a second and third visitor can watch without crowding the surgeon in the chair, and plan the number of stations around your staff count so every live demonstration has an operator and a host.

Design compliance and restock out of sight

Any product still awaiting FDA clearance needs its status stated plainly, so we design that sign into the graphics instead of taping it on. Concealed cabinets hold cartons, chargers, literature and skincare restock so the public view stays composed through three days of consecutive appointments.

Every proposal comes with a rendering like this

Miami Beach Convention Center · Miami Beach

Logistics for Aesthetic MEET 2027, handled

Miami Beach Convention Center is a right-to-work building, so your full-time staff may set up with hand tools within show limits, and we file as your exhibitor-appointed contractor for everything else. Rigging, electrical and internet are exclusive to the center's providers, so we order them early. Trucks reach the west docks off Convention Center Drive by the MacArthur, Venetian or Julia Tuttle causeway, marshaling is off-island and an off-target truck loses its slot for hours, so we ship to the advance warehouse with margin. Covered or multilevel builds go to Miami Beach Fire Prevention with a package we prepare. Room blocks sit at the Loews and the Fontainebleau until the Grand Hyatt opens in November 2027.

Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Miami Beach Convention Center exhibitor guide.

Aesthetic MEET exhibitor questions

Questions exhibitors ask us before Aesthetic MEET

How much does a 20×20 at The Aesthetic MEET cost?

A 20×20 custom island runs $50,000 to $120,000 and a 20×20 rental island $16,000 to $40,000, covering design, structure, graphics, lighting and installation. A 10×20 inline is $7,500 to $15,000 rental or $15,000 to $45,000 custom. Device plinths, demo furniture and a hanging sign move the number; send your footprint and we return a fixed quote.

Can you install at Miami Beach Convention Center?

Yes. Purple builds in Fishkill, NY and Las Vegas, ships to the advance warehouse and installs at MBCC with our own project manager and Miami labor. We file as your exhibitor-appointed contractor, order the center's exclusive rigging and electrical, and run a pre-show QA before your team lands.

Can we rent a booth for The Aesthetic MEET?

Yes. A rental structure with your graphics, custom device plinths and a hybrid of the two are all available. A 10×10 rental starts at $3,500 and a 10×20 at $7,500. Most first-time exhibitors here rent the architecture and spend on the plinth, lighting and consult furniture that surgeons actually touch.

When do we need to decide?

Design sign-off by early February 2027 gives a 30–45-day build in Fishkill and a late-March ship to the advance warehouse ahead of the April 16 opening. Most clients lock the concept as soon as the booth contract and location arrive. Later is possible; the trade-off is finish choices and freight cost.

Do you handle show contractor orders and drayage at MBCC?

Yes. We read the exhibitor kit, order material handling on a target date, book the center's exclusive electrical, rigging and internet, and route each truck over the causeway that matches its origin to the west docks. Planning rates run about $170 per hundredweight, and we build the drayage estimate into your quote.
