The Aesthetic Show 2027 · Custom exhibit design & build A clear view of what is next.

Present aesthetic technology with the clarity it deserves. Give practitioners room to inspect the product, speak with an informed representative and understand the next step for their practice.

A show-specific perspective

Build confidence through a considered product experience

The Aesthetic Show brings medical aesthetics professionals together across specialties. An exhibit may need to introduce a device, a skincare line or a practice service to several different decision-makers. Design around an approved product story and a useful conversation, with a calm setting that supports attention without implying a clinical outcome.

The human connection

Make the specialist handoff feel seamless

Give the team distinct responsibilities for welcoming visitors, presenting products and handling detailed enquiries. A representative should know when a question needs a clinical, technical or commercial colleague. Provide a place to record the topic and the requested next step. This helps visitors receive an informed response while keeping the public presentation within the material approved for the event.

Shape the visitor experience

A closer look

A professional conversation needs more than a reception counter

Different visitors may arrive with different questions: product capabilities, practice workflow, training arrangements or a commercial discussion. Give staff a way to recognize the topic and guide the visitor to the right person. A compact seated setting can support a more thoughtful exchange than a crowded reception edge, especially when two members of a practice want to review the same information together.

The organizer confirms Wynn Las Vegas and July 8–11, 2027 for the conference. Separate exhibit-hall dates remain unconfirmed in the sources reviewed. Treat the current exhibitor package and assigned space as the operational starting point. Check what furniture, services or other provisions are included before adding to the scope, and coordinate equipment arrival and setup with the confirmed access schedule rather than a prior-edition programme.

Aesthetics / An environment for attention

The consultation gallery

Pair a carefully framed product display with an approved presentation area and a comfortable consultation setting. The gallery is a commercial exhibit concept; it is not a treatment protocol or a recommendation to perform a procedure.

Built around what you bring

A display strategy for each kind of aesthetics business

01

Devices and treatment platforms

Begin with the physical unit, its approved presentation and the room required for staff and visitors. Plan clear views of the equipment without creating an imitation clinical setting by default. Keep cables and supporting materials organized, and let the product team define what may be demonstrated and who may present it.

02

Professional skincare and products

Use considered shelves, a small comparison surface and discreet stock storage to give the collection a coherent presence. Define which items are display-only and how any approved sampling will operate. Keep product claims and supporting information under the brand’s review process, including the text used in large-format graphics.

03

Practice technology and services

A well-positioned screen and a focused conversation area can explain workflow more effectively than an oversized video wall. Use an approved demonstration environment and representative data. Allow enough space for several stakeholders to view the same screen while a representative walks through the relevant practice use case.

DESIGN NOTES / 01

Give the product room to be understood

Aesthetic technology can be visually complex, particularly when equipment, interfaces and accessories all arrive together. Establish a hierarchy. Decide which element explains the offer at a distance, what the representative needs within reach and what can be stored until requested. A restrained display often makes a product feel more approachable because the visitor can see where to stand and what to look at first.

Review the station with the responsible product team before finalizing furniture and lighting. Confirm the actual equipment dimensions, intended presentation format and setup ownership. The demonstration content, claims and any clinical activity require the appropriate internal and organizer approvals. Purple’s design role is to provide a considered exhibit environment around those decisions, with practical access, organized materials and enough room for the planned interaction.

Useful answers

The Aesthetic Show exhibit questions.

Talk through your brief
When and where is The Aesthetic Show 2027?

The organizer confirms July 8–11, 2027 at Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. These are the conference dates. A separate 2027 exhibit-hall schedule was not confirmed in the sources used for this guide; check the current exhibitor information before finalizing delivery and staff plans.

What kinds of exhibitors can use this design approach?

The approach can support medical aesthetic devices, professional skincare, practice technology and related services. The display should follow the actual offer and intended audience. A guided equipment overview, a product collection and a software demonstration each need different fixtures, staffing and conversation space.

Can Purple plan space for a device demonstration?

The exhibit can be designed around a presentation approved by your product team and permitted by the organizer. Provide the unit dimensions, format, staff positions and service needs. Purple can plan the surrounding environment; clinical decisions, operating procedures and the authorization of demonstrations remain with the responsible parties.

Should the booth look like a treatment room?

Only if an approved presentation has a clear reason for that setting. Many products can be introduced effectively through a focused display and consultation space. Consider what the visitor needs to understand, then choose the minimum physical setting that supports it without suggesting unsupported clinical claims.

How should we handle detailed clinical or technical questions?

Give staff a clear route to the appropriate specialist and a way to record questions requiring follow-up. Keep the public presentation within approved materials. A quiet consultation area can support the discussion, but the exhibit design does not replace your organization’s review, information-sharing or professional processes.

Can a rental booth feel appropriate for an aesthetics brand?

Yes. Tailored product fixtures, thoughtful lighting, graphics and a controlled material palette can create a polished presentation within rental architecture. Review the result with actual equipment and packaging. The quality of the product setting and the ease of conversation often matter more than decorative complexity.

What affects the cost of the exhibit?

Equipment size, mounts, AV, utilities, storage, finishes and meeting capacity all influence scope. Clarify what the organizer package includes and what your product team supplies. An estimate should distinguish exhibit design and production from event services and the costs of running the approved presentation.

How can we prepare a useful exhibit brief?

Share the footprint, product priorities, approved message, demonstration format and likely visitor questions. Include equipment specifications, the staffing plan and the number of concurrent consultations. These inputs help the design support a clear commercial purpose while leaving product and clinical approvals with your team.

Choose the working space

A footprint with a purpose.

Layout direction 1

A focused product introduction

A compact footprint can combine one principal display with a small conversation counter and concealed storage. Keep the message narrow and the presentation easy to approach. Test the arrangement using the real unit or samples so accessories do not consume the visitor’s standing space.

Layout direction 2

A demonstration and consultation pair

A wider stand can separate a guided presentation from a seated conversation. Position the two so staff can make a natural handoff while another visitor approaches the product. The demonstration format and required services must be confirmed before selecting counters, screens or surrounding fixtures.

Layout direction 3

A multi-solution practice gallery

A larger exhibit can organize devices, products or services into clear zones with a shared welcome. Preserve a consistent visual language while allowing each offer an appropriate presentation. Locate consultations where they remain easy to find but do not interrupt the main circulation through the stand.

Conceptual layouts, adapted to your confirmed footprint, open sides, equipment and current show requirements.

Prioritize the presentation and the conversation

Equipment supports, display lighting, AV, storage and the number of simultaneous consultations are important cost drivers. Separate product-owner equipment costs from exhibit construction and event services. A rental environment with tailored fixtures can provide a polished setting, while reusable counters and replaceable graphics may help the same product story travel to other professional events.
