Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the NTCA RTIME space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for NTCA RTIME
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: 10×10 $3,200 member / $3,700 nonmember early-bird; $3,550 / $4,000 regular, 2027
- 20×20 island: $9,000 member / $11,000 nonmember early-bird; $9,500 / $12,000 regular, 2027
- Early-order savings: Early-bird rates for booths paid by November 13, 2026
- Booth personnel: $500 by November 13, 2026; $550 to February 12, 2027; $560 on site
Key dates
- Early-bird booth and booth-personnel rates end: November 13, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- November 13, 2026: Early-bird booth and personnel rates end; book the booth size before then and send us the contract.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off: layout under the 12-foot cap, demo counter, graphics and seating.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas hub; Freeman electrical and furniture orders placed.
- Late January 2027: Written notice to NTCA of Purple as your installer, at least three weeks out; crates ship to Freeman's advance warehouse.
- Days before February 15, 2027: Install at the Manchester Grand Hyatt with our project manager, booth tested and stocked for the Monday open house.
- February 15–17, 2027: Expo events Monday and Tuesday, then dismantle once NTCA closes the floor, booth to storage or the next broadband show.

Checklist
- Book your booth size and pay by November 13, 2026 for early-bird rates
- Send us the booth number from the EXPO 2027 Exhibit Hall floor plan
- Keep every element under 8 feet inline, 10 feet on islands and 12 feet overall
- List hardware to show, with weights, so we plan the 100 PSF floor load
- Register booth staff before the $500 rate ends November 13, 2026
- Ask NTCA in writing for consent to any drawing, sound or live demo
- Book rooms only through NTCA's official housing link when it opens in November
- Plan staffing for the Monday open houses and the Tuesday executive hour
