Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to SCTE
- Material handling / drayage, if the SCTE TechExpo space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for SCTE TechExpo
- Booth cleaning and any union labor Denver requires
Key dates
- TechExpo27 Priority Point booth sales open: December 1, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-July 2027
- December 1, 2026: Priority Point booth sales open; choose space and send us the booth number and size.
- Spring 2027: Concept and demo plan: which networks, products and field gear the booth shows.
- Mid-July 2027: Design sign-off: structure, demo racks, graphics, meeting room and the power and internet plan.
- August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas in 30 to 45 days; racks and crates built around your hardware.
- Early September 2027: Freight to the advance warehouse for Denver; service orders filed once SCTE issues the kit.
- September 28–30, 2027: TechExpo27 days; your Purple project manager stays on call, then handles dismantle and return freight.

Checklist
- Complete SCTE's Exhibit in 2027 interest form
- Book space when Priority Point sales open December 1, 2026
- List every demo rack, node, modem, router and tool with weights and power
- Decide which network story the booth tells, from headend to home
- Plan an operator meeting room if executives are coming
- Watch for the TechExpo27 venue and exhibitor kit
- Approve the concept and power plan by mid-July 2027
- Book Denver hotels for September 28–30, 2027
