Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to BICSI)
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Orange County Convention Center, West Halls E & F
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Orange County Convention Center, West Halls E & F requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $63 per sq ft inline, $58 island (400 sq ft or more), 2027 Standard rates
- Premier rates: $60 per sq ft inline, $55 island, with 25% due at contract, 2027
- Booth sharing: $1,000 per shared booth, 2027
- Diamond sponsor: $48,000 Standard or $44,000 Premier, including a 20×20 booth, 2027
Key dates
- BICSI Beyond 2027 booth selection (deposit first): December 9, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off: booth layout, demo benches, rack and cable wall details and any hanging sign approved.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days in Fishkill, NY; demo cable dressed and labelled in the shop, not on the floor.
- January 12–20, 2027: Hotel block cutoffs (Rosen Plaza January 12, Hyatt Regency Orlando January 20); OCCC electrical and rigging orders placed.
- Late January 2027: Crates ship to the advance warehouse named in the BICSI exhibitor kit.
- Days before February 15, 2027: Move-in at West Halls E & F; our project manager runs the install and tests every bench and screen.
- February 15–17, 2027: Exhibit days, then dismantle and storage for BICSI Beyond, September 26–29 in Las Vegas.

Checklist
- Send your BICSI Winter booth number and footprint from the West Halls E & F floor plan
- Decide if the same booth travels to BICSI Beyond at MGM Grand in September
- List every hands-on demo: tools, testers, splicers and the power each needs
- Choose which product families go on the lit cable wall
- Book the Hyatt Regency or Rosen Plaza before the January cutoffs
- Confirm insurance with a portal-to-portal rider for your exhibit materials
- Name which of your employees will assemble alongside our project manager
- Plan demo times around the Cabling Skills Challenge schedule
