What makes BICSI Winter different, and how we build for it
BICSI Winter is the meeting of the people who design and install the cabling inside buildings and data centers: RCDDs, installers, technicians and the contractors who employ them.The floor in West Halls E & F sits beside the Cabling Skills Challenge, where BICSI-certified installers and technicians compete on real installation scenarios, and the BICSI Business Executive Series and BICSI Awards Banquet run the same week. Rules that shape your BICSI Winter booth
BICSI assigns space in order: level sponsors (corporate members first), sponsors, corporate member exhibitors, then non-members, and a deposit must be paid before selection. We help you weigh a sponsorship against booth position before the Beyond selection on December 9, 2026.
BICSI prices islands of 400 square feet or more at $58 per square foot (2027 Standard), below the $63 inline rate, sold in 10×10 increments. A 20×20 island therefore costs less per foot than a 10×40 inline run, which we factor into the layout.
BICSI's 2027 terms require exhibitors to carry insurance that protects BICSI and to add a portal-to-portal rider covering exhibit materials against fire, theft and accident. We send our certificates and a crate inventory so your rider lists the real values.
Every rigging point and electrical drop at the Orange County Convention Center comes from OCCC in-house crews, ordered from the venue rather than the show contractor. We order the hanging sign points and bench power drops for West Halls E & F.

BICSI visitors are the people who grade cable management for a living. We route every demo cable through real tray, ladder rack and managers, label it to standard and leave service loops visible, so the booth reads as a finished telecom room, not a product shelf.
2Benches at working height
Termination, splicing and testing demos need a stable 36 to 40 inch bench, task lighting and power for tools and testers. We build benches with locking storage for cleavers and meters, and order the OCCC electrical drop to the bench, since power is the venue's in-house service.

Logistics for BICSI Winter 2027, handled
BICSI Winter 2027 runs in West Halls E & F of the Orange County Convention Center, the original West Building on International Drive with its docks behind the building off Convention Way. No union jurisdiction applies in this Florida hall, so your own staff can assemble the booth by hand within the show's limits, while OCCC crews alone hang signs and run power, ordered straight from the venue. The Hyatt Regency Orlando connects by pedestrian bridge and the Rosen Plaza by Skybridge. We file as your exhibitor-appointed contractor, ship to the show's advance warehouse and run the install with our own project manager.

BICSI Beyond 2027 booths are selected December 9, 2026 after a deposit, with the balance due June 4, 2027. All booths go through BICSI's exhibit sales team with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Can we set up our own booth at the OCCC?
Your own employees may build and strike the booth with hand tools at this non-union Orlando building, inside BICSI's limits. Overhead rigging and every power drop belong to OCCC crews. Any hired labor comes through the official contractor or a registered EAC, which is how Purple files.
Can we rent a booth for BICSI Winter?
A rental is a good fit for BICSI because the same exhibitors return to Las Vegas in September for BICSI Beyond. We rent the frame and wall structure, build the demo benches and graphics for your products, and store the kit between Orlando and MGM Grand so it ships once more instead of being rebuilt.
What does a BICSI booth include?
Per BICSI's 2027 prospectus, a standard 10×10 includes one full-conference registration and two exhibit-only registrations, and BICSI sales confirms passes for larger sizes. Exhibitors must carry insurance and add a portal-to-portal rider. Furniture, electrical, rigging and freight are ordered separately, which we handle.
Are there sponsorships at BICSI Winter 2027?

What hotels are near the Orange County Convention Center for BICSI Winter?
The Hyatt Regency Orlando offers $298 plus tax with the resort fee waived until January 20, 2027, and the Rosen Plaza $252 plus tax until January 12, 2027. Parking is $45 a day at the Hyatt and $29 at Rosen Plaza, per BICSI. Reservations go directly to each hotel.
