Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Consumer Technology Association
- Material handling / drayage, if the CES space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for CES
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Las Vegas Convention Center and Venetian Expo requires
Published rates:
- Material handling: $0.71 per lb, 100 lb minimum, packages to 30 lb free (LVCC and Venetian halls, CES 2027)
- Labor: Freeman I&D labor $98.50/hr straight time, $157.85 overtime (CES 2027 topline rates)
- Electrical: 500-watt outlet $115.35 advance, $173.05 standard at the LVCC (CES 2027)
- Booth build: 10×20 rental $7,500–$15,000; custom 20×20 $50,000–$120,000, Purple's 2026 planning range
Key dates
- Freeman discount pricing and target move-in change requests: December 1, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off, hall and height confirmed, rigging plans filed by November 20 for islands with hanging signs.
- Late November 2026: Production in our Las Vegas and Fishkill shops; Freeman electrical and hanging sign orders placed by November 25.
- December 1–11, 2026: Freeman discount and target-change deadline December 1, hanging signs at the advance warehouse by December 4, all advance freight by December 11.
- December 26, 2026 to January 5, 2027: Target move-in by hall; your Purple project manager leads the hall install, crates are cleared by January 4 and the booth is finished by 3 p.m. January 5.
- January 6–9, 2027: Show days; your Purple project manager is on call and our shop reprints graphics overnight.
- January 9–12, 2027: Dismantle from 5 p.m. Saturday, freight off the LVCC floor by your target and all halls clear by 5 p.m. January 12.

Checklist
- Send your CES contract: booth number, hall or campus, footprint and open sides
- Tell us if the booth is 400 sq ft or more so rigging plans make the November 20 deadline
- List every demo: device, power draw, screen size, sound level and what visitors may touch
- Flag drones, vehicles, lasers or radio devices so FAA, battery and FCC paperwork is ready
- Decide between your own staff and Purple as EAC, and send insurance certificates
- Book rooms through onPeak, near your campus's Loop, Monorail or Tech Express stop
- Approve renderings, power plan and graphics by mid-November
- Plan staffing around the 3 p.m. January 5 set deadline and the 4 p.m. Saturday close
