Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Chiplet Summit)
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Chiplet Summit
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Chiplet Summit venue requires
Published rates:
- Exhibitor Only package: $4,500 for a 10×10 with one full conference pass, 2027
- Gold package: $20,000 for a 10×20 with one premium item and three passes, 2027
- Platinum package: $45,000 for a 22×20 with a 25-minute keynote, 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-January 2027
- Mid-January 2027: Package confirmed with the organizer, design sign-off on graphics, counter and screen layout.
- February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas; fabric graphics printed and sample cases built.
- March 2027: Kit ships to Santa Clara; electrical and internet orders filed.
- March 30–31, 2027: Install in Hall A with our project manager; demo checks before the floor opens at 12:30 p.m. March 31.
- April 1, 2027: Final exhibit hours noon to 3 p.m., then dismantle and return shipping or storage.

Checklist
- Confirm your package (Exhibitor Only, Silver, Gold or Platinum) and booth number on the Hall A plan
- Send the one architecture diagram the back wall should carry
- List samples for the case: substrates, interposers, test vehicles, with sizes
- Choose the screen content and who runs the demo during the short floor hours
- Decide whether you need a meeting room and request the organizer's quote
- If you also exhibit at SEMICON West, split staff and kits for the same dates
