What makes Chiplet Summit different, and how we build for it
Chiplet Summit is a conference first, built around multi-die design: 2026 keynotes came from Synopsys, Alphawave Semi, Siemens, the UCIe Consortium, Cadence, Arm, the Open Compute Project and Marvell, and topics ran from die-to-die interfaces to working with foundries. The exhibit floor in Hall A is small by design, sold as fixed packages beside the Chiplet Theatre, the Superpanel and the Women in Chiplets session. It has grown fast, from 320 attendees at a San Jose hotel ballroom in 2023 to 1,163 in 2026. Visitors are senior and technical, so the booth has to land the architecture story at a glance and then make room for a whiteboard conversation.

Rules that shape your Chiplet Summit booth
Chiplet Summit sells exhibit space through four 2027 packages, 10×10, 10×20 and 22×20, each with set passes and sponsor items. We design graphics, counters and screens to the package you buy rather than a custom footprint.
Booth selection goes by 2026 sponsorship timing, then first come, first served, and returning sponsors keep first right of refusal on keynotes and booths. We hold design until your booth number is set, then fit it.
The 2027 Hall A floor plan is subject to Fire Marshal approval, with aisles of 10 ft unless noted. We keep counters inside the booth line and leave the aisle edge clear so nothing has to move on site.
Meeting rooms are available to sponsors and exhibitors for an added cost, quoted by the exhibit sales director rather than listed. We brand the room once your quote is accepted.

Four things we get right for Chiplet Summit exhibitors
1One diagram that explains the split
Chiplet buyers think in partitions: which die does what, over which interface. We give the back wall one large, clean architecture diagram with UCIe or your interface named, and keep marketing copy off it, so an architect reads the story from the Hall A aisle.
2Make small silicon readable
Interposers, bridges and test vehicles are tiny. We mount real samples under magnifiers or in lit acrylic cases at counter height and pair them with enlarged cross-section graphics, so packaging engineers can see the bump pitch without asking you to open a laptop.
3Plan for short floor hours
The 2027 floor opens at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday and closes at 3 p.m. Thursday, between keynotes, panels and the Chiplet Theatre. We design for bursts of traffic: fast-read graphics up front, a whiteboard table behind, and storage for literature and demo spares.

The 2027 floor plan puts all of Chiplet Summit's exhibits in Hall A of the Santa Clara Convention Center, with the theatre, the stage and the freight door marked on one sheet.

Five 22×20 spaces numbered 200 to 500 sit along the main entrance side, sold with the Platinum package and its keynote.
Our advice These spaces see keynote traffic first, so we put the demo and samples on the aisle and the meeting area behind.

Twenty-nine 10×10s and six 10×20s fill the middle of the hall on 10 ft aisles, booth numbers in the 206 to 421 range.
Our advice In a 10 ft aisle the graphic reads from about 6 ft away; we size type and the diagram for that distance.

Logistics for Chiplet Summit 2027, handled
Chiplet Summit 2027 fills Hall A of the Santa Clara Convention Center, and the organizer's floor plan marks its freight door and main entrance. Aisles are 10 ft and the plan is subject to Fire Marshal approval. Because the floor opens only on the second and third days, the booth must be installed and its demo checked before the 12:30 p.m. Wednesday opening. We ship the kit, handle the freight paperwork, set it up with our own project manager and Bay Area labor, and pack it out after the 3 p.m. Thursday close.
