Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Optica)
- Material handling at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for CLEO
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $3,600 per standard 10×10 ($36 per sq ft), 2027
- Islands and corners: $39 per sq ft; 20×20 island $15,600, 2027
- Kiosk: $5,350 for a turnkey 5×8 with back wall and counter, 2027
- Career Zone tabletop: $500 for exhibitors, $1,000 for non-exhibitors, 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late February 2027
- Late February 2027: Design sign-off; demo hardware and laser safety plan locked; booth number confirmed with the CLEO exhibit team.
- March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas; spec wall graphics proofed with your product data.
- Mid-April 2027: Booth ships to the official contractor's advance warehouse for Long Beach; service orders filed.
- Days before May 4, 2027: Move-in on the contractor's schedule; our project manager installs and powers the demo.
- May 4–5, 2027: Exhibition days; our project manager on call.
- After the May 5 close: Dismantle, demo hardware packed to your return plan, booth stored or shipped to the next show.

Checklist
- Book space or a kiosk through the CLEO exhibit team and send Purple the booth number
- List each live source: wavelength, class, power, enclosure and who operates it
- Send spec tables and one application image per product family
- Decide on a Career Zone tabletop or a Short Course or Show Floor Theater sponsorship
- Reserve hotels when the MCI USA block opens in early 2027
- Plan staffing around session breaks on May 4 and 5
