Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Wireless Infrastructure Association)
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Connect (X)
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Connect (X) venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage: About $140 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple planning estimate for 2026 and 2027
- Hotel rate: From $309 a night at the official hotels, cutoff April 16, 2027
Key dates
- Official hotel block cutoff (Hyatt Regency, Sheraton, Westin): April 16, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late February 2027
- Late February 2027: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before move-in: mast or pole demo, product wall, flooring and meeting area.
- March to early April 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days in Fishkill, NY or our Las Vegas hub; mounts load-tested with your actual equipment.
- April 16, 2027: Official hotel block cutoff; CSS, Commonwealth Electric and AV Concepts orders placed.
- Late April 2027: Freight ships to the warehouse address in the Connect (X) Exhibitor Services Kit.
- May 10–11, 2027: Move-in Monday 1–8 p.m. and Tuesday until noon; our project manager installs, lays the floor and tests every display.
- May 11–13, 2027: Exhibit hall Tuesday and Wednesday, move-out Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, booth to storage.

Checklist
- Send your booth number and size from the Connect (X) floor plan
- List every product to mount, with weights and mounting method
- Choose booth flooring, since the North Hall is not carpeted
- Order electrical from Commonwealth Electric and AV from AV Concepts
- Book hotels by April 16, 2027 through the Connect (X) site only
- Plan staff for Tuesday noon to 6 p.m. and Wednesday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Ask WIA about an exhibit-hall meeting room in North Hall E
- Book lead retrieval with Executive Events
