Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your CONNECTIONS booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for CONNECTIONS
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the CONNECTIONS venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late February 2027
- January 2027: Sponsor level chosen with Parks Associates; tabletop and signage scope set.
- Late February 2027: Design sign-off for the tabletop, graphics and any sponsored placements.
- March 2027: Production in our Fishkill shop; device riser and lighting tested with your demo.
- Mid-April 2027: Kit shipped by courier to Santa Clara, or packed for carry-on.
- May 4, 2027: Setup before the conference welcome; workshop runs in the morning.
- May 4–6, 2027: Conference days; the kit packs back into its case after the Thursday program.

- Pick the one device or service the tabletop will show
- Send the demo setup: tablet, app, device and power needs
- Send brand files and the partner-program summary for the printed card
- Choose courier shipping or carry-on for the kit
- Book meetings ahead using the attendee list sponsors receive
