Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your CS MANTECH booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort requires it
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- February 2027: Booth number confirmed with CS MANTECH; design sign-off with wafer list and data screens agreed.
- March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; wafer case, counters and graphics built to the booth assigned.
- April 2027: Exhibitor kit services ordered once published; freight booked to Sandestin.
- Mid-May 2027: Crates arrive at the resort; our project manager sets the booth before the exhibits open.
- May 17–20, 2027: CS MANTECH 2027; staff work the booth around session breaks and the Exhibitors Forum.
- May 20, 2027: Teardown after the close and freight back to storage or your next semiconductor show.

- List wafers, coupons and substrates to display, with sizes
- Pick the three data plots that prove your tool's results
- Decide whether a specialist presents in the Exhibitors Forum

- Plan flights into Destin-Fort Walton Beach (VPS)
