CS MANTECH 2027Booth costs, dates and deadlines: the Miramar Beach exhibitor guide

CS MANTECH 2027, the 41st annual conference, runs May 17 to 20, 2027. The organizer has not yet published which of those days the exhibit hall is open, so exhibit hall dates are not confirmed yet; the 2026 meeting ran May 18 to 21 in Portland, Oregon.

The 2027 conference is at the Sandestin resort in Northwest Florida, which CS MANTECH places in the Miramar Beach area of Walton County, between Destin and Panama City near Pensacola. The resort's address is 9300 Emerald Coast Parkway West, Miramar Beach.

The 2026 exhibit hall listed 78 companies, including deposition and etch makers Aixtron, Veeco, Plasma-Therm and Samco, metrology firms KLA, LayTec and Semilab, wafer suppliers AXT, Freiberger Compound Materials and Sumitomo Chemical Advanced Technologies, and gas specialists Air Liquide-Balazs NanoAnalysis and Nippon Sanso.

CS MANTECH asks companies to email its exhibits address, exhibitor@csmantech.org, about exhibiting, and it assigns numbered booths on its floor plan. Sponsorship runs separately through the sponsorship chair, with Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze tiers in 2026.

The organizer does not post 2027 booth prices; space is quoted through its exhibits contact. For the display, a 10×20 rental with a wafer case and data screen runs $7,500 to $15,000 from us, and freight to a Florida resort is a bigger share of the budget than at a city convention center.

CS MANTECH is the International Conference on Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, a not-for-profit annual meeting of technical papers, talks, workshops and manufacturer exhibits. It began in 1986 as the U.S. Conference on GaAs Manufacturing Technology and became international in 2001.

CS MANTECH describes the conference as open to anyone interested in the latest advances in compound semiconductor manufacturing and device technology. Its mission statement names producers and users, materials and equipment suppliers, and educators and students as the communities it serves.

The second call for papers for 2027 is posted on csmantech.org with a Cvent abstract submission site, but the deadline date is not confirmed yet in a form we can read. Engineers at exhibiting companies often submit papers, which brings extra visitors to the booth.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is both the venue and the main place to stay, and booth staff usually stay at the resort itself. Sandestin lists Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) about 25 miles away, Northwest Florida Beaches International (ECP) about 40 miles and Pensacola International (PNS) about 65 miles.

No attendee count for CS MANTECH 2027 is out, so the size of the crowd is not confirmed yet. The 2026 exhibit hall listed 78 companies, and the 2027 meeting is the 41st annual conference for compound semiconductor manufacturing.

Results: wafers, coupons and maps that prove uniformity, defect density or throughput on GaN, SiC, GaAs or InP. We pair the physical samples with large data graphics and a quiet counter, since most CS MANTECH conversations are detailed process discussions.

SEMICON West is a large expo floor covering the whole silicon supply chain, while CS MANTECH is a technical conference with a focused exhibit hall for compound semiconductor fabs. Equipment makers serving GaN, SiC and III-V lines often do both, with a smaller, data-led booth at CS MANTECH.

CS MANTECH has not posted 2027 exhibit hall dates, move-in times or exhibitor deadlines, so they are not confirmed yet. The conference runs May 17 to 20, 2027, and our project manager coordinates receiving with the resort once the show names its contractor.
