Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your DAC booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the DAC space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the San Jose McEnery Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $53.50 per sq ft, 100 sq ft increments, 2027
- Bronze partnership: $20,000 with 200 sq ft of space, 2027
- Diamond partnership: $200,000 with 1,200 sq ft of space, 2027
Key dates
- Exhibitor Forum proposals due: February 15, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late April 2027
- February 15, 2027: Exhibitor Forum proposals due; design brief for the booth agreed.
- Late April 2027: Design sign-off; demo station count, screens and meeting rooms locked.
- May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas; T3 Expo orders placed from the exhibitor manual.
- Mid-June 2027: Crates ship to the advance warehouse for San Jose.
- July 10–11, 2027: Targeted installation, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; power, internet and screens tested.
- July 12–14, 2027: Exhibits open; dismantle from 4 p.m. Wednesday to noon Thursday, July 15.

Checklist
- Reserve space with Hall-Erickson and confirm the square footage
- Decide how many seated demo pods and meeting rooms you need
- Pick the design problem your back wall names
- Submit Exhibitor Forum or DAC Pavilion proposals before the deadlines
- Book staff rooms through Connections Housing when it opens
- Send screen content and demo designs for proofing by May
