Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your Display Week booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the Display Week space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Display Week
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Display Week venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $52 per sq ft until January 15, 2027, $56 after; $125 per corner
- Meeting room (exhibitors): $8,500 for a 16' x 18' room without ceiling, $10,500 with, by January 15, 2027
- Small meeting room: $5,500 for a 10' x 10' room by January 15, 2027, $6,000 after
Key dates
- Full payment due; regular $52 per sq ft rate ends: January 15, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late March 2027
- By January 15, 2027: Booth space paid in full to SID; the regular $52 rate ends and cancellation costs rise to 100%.
- Late March 2027: Design sign-off, including any dark room, hanging sign and meeting room.
- April to mid-May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; pedestals and lighting tested against your panels.
- May 2027: Freight ships to GES; hotel rooms booked through Connections Housing before the May 1 rate guarantee ends.
- June 6–7, 2027: Move-in 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; our project manager builds and lights the booth.
- June 8–10, 2027: Exhibition days; teardown starts after the 2 p.m. close on Thursday, June 10.

Checklist
- Pay SID in full by January 15, 2027 to keep the $52 rate
- Decide on a corner, island or meeting room before space fills
- List every panel with its size, brightness and power draw
- Plan a dark viewing area for HDR or microLED demos
- Submit to the Exhibitors' Forum and Products on Display in early 2027
- Book hotels through Connections Housing before May 1, 2027
- Keep the booth staffed and built until 2 p.m. Thursday, June 10
