Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your ECTC booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the ECTC venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: March 2027
- Early 2027: Space assigned in the ECTC Technology Exhibition; booth format confirmed.
- March 2027: Design sign-off; backwall, sample case and counter drawings approved.
- April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas; screen content and sample list locked.
- May 2027: Freight to the official warehouse on the exhibitor kit labels; service orders filed.
- June 1–4, 2027: ECTC at the Gaylord Rockies; booth set before the exhibition opens.
- After the last exhibit day: Dismantle and ship home or to storage for the next packaging show.

Checklist
- Request the ECTC 2027 exhibitor contract and floor plan
- Pick the samples: die stacks, substrates, panels or coupons
- Choose one cross-section or warpage map for the backwall
- Send screen content with reliability and yield data
- Book rooms at the Gaylord Rockies once the block opens
- Plan staff for the exhibition reception evening
