Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your EDS Leadership Summit booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Resorts World Las Vegas, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Resorts World Las Vegas
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Resorts World Las Vegas requires

- Display booth (10×10): $3,300 member, $4,400 non-member, EDS 2027
- Euro Suite (3-panel): $5,830 member, $7,260 non-member, EDS 2027
- Hotel meeting suite: From $5,850 early bird member, Mon to Fri, 2027
- Executive meeting room: From $7,150 early bird member, small room, 2027
Key dates
- Early bird pricing ends for EDS 2027 space: December 15, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- November 1, 2026: General exhibitor registration opens; book display booths, Euro Suites, meeting rooms or suites.
- December 15, 2026: Early bird pricing ends; design sign-off for booth or room graphics.
- February 26, 2027: Last day for refunds on space rentals.
- April 2027: Production in our Las Vegas shop; Shepard and Resorts World orders placed.
- May 23–24, 2027: Move-in Sunday and Monday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; suites ready from Sunday 4 p.m. check-in.
- May 28, 2027: Load-out Friday 8 a.m. to noon; graphics stored in Las Vegas for next year.

Checklist
- Choose your format: display booth, Euro Suite, meeting room or suite
- Book space after November 1 and before early bird ends December 15
- List the partners you will meet and the slot length
- Send your line card, logos and new-product highlights for graphics
- Order Resorts World electrical and AV for screens
- Nominate staff for Spark by your company's deadline
