EDS 2027 runs Monday, May 24 to Friday, May 28, 2027 at Resorts World Las Vegas. Spark, the professional development program, runs on May 24 and 25, and attendee registration opens in January 2027, per the EDS important dates page.

EDS returns to Resorts World Las Vegas on the north Strip. Display booths and Euro Suites sit in the Lily Ballroom, executive meeting rooms are on the second floor, hotel meeting suites are in the Conrad Tower, and the Rose Ballroom and Rose Terrace are on the third and sixth floors.

EDS describes itself as not a traditional trade show. It is a week of pre-arranged meetings, private events and networking for the electronic components industry, and most meetings happen in suites and meeting rooms open only by appointment, so casual walk-up traffic is limited.

Participation is limited to manufacturers of electronic components, their authorized distributors and independent field sales representatives who support the EDS mission. Distributors must earn more than 50% of revenue from authorized component sales, and first-time companies apply for approval.

A 10×10 display booth costs $3,300 for association members and $4,400 for non-members, with a service provider rate of $6,050. It has an 8-foot back wall, 3-foot side rails and an ID sign, and comes unfurnished; furnishings are ordered from Shepard.

A Euro Suite is a 9.5×9.5 hard-wall booth package with a pedestal table, four padded chairs, a 6-foot skirted table, a counter, a stool and an ID sign. The 3-panel suite costs $5,830 for members and $7,260 for non-members, or $8,250 and $9,680 with premium graphics.

A one-bedroom suite rented Monday to Friday costs $5,850 early bird for members, $7,350 for non-members, rising to $6,435 and $8,085 at standard rates. Suites are in the Conrad Tower, hold about 10 people in standard setup and include check-in from 4 p.m. Sunday.

Executive meeting rooms come in three sizes: small up to 991 square feet for up to 82 people, medium up to 1,983 square feet for 165, and large up to 5,511 square feet for 400. They rent Monday to Friday, with early bird member rates from $7,150.

Early bird registration opened September 15, 2026. General exhibitor registration opens November 1, 2026 with early bird pricing through December 15; unpaid early bird space may be released after October 31, 2026, and late registration fees apply from April 12, 2027. The last day for refunds on space rentals is February 26, 2027.

EDS says attendance is typically about 4,000 people, divided roughly equally among manufacturers, distributors and manufacturers' representatives. It estimates some 600 distributor attendees from 200 companies and says the event draws about 80% of its target audience each year.

Direct-to-showsite shipping is prohibited. Everything goes to Shepard's advance warehouse at 5845 Wynn Road, Las Vegas, labeled with your company name and booth number, and all outbound carriers must check in by 3 p.m. on the Friday of load-out.

EDS attendees stay at Resorts World Las Vegas itself, booked at the EDS rate through the unique link sent after registration. Hotel meeting suites for the week are in the Conrad Tower, and Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) serves the city.

Install hours for EDS 2027 are not confirmed yet. Freight goes to Shepard's advance warehouse, never direct to Resorts World, and load-out runs Friday, May 28 from 8 a.m. to noon. We schedule graphics and room installs around the times EDS publishes.

We print and install graphics, screen stands, table signage and entry pieces from our Las Vegas shop, within EDS and Resorts World rules. Suites allow only a small group sign in the elevator lobby, so most of the branding goes inside the room or into an executive meeting room.
