Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling at the Moscone West (Moscone Center), when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Embedded Vision Summit
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Moscone West (Moscone Center) requires

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late November 2026
- Now to November 2026: Choose a package with the Summit's sponsorship team and send us your demo list, boards and camera rigs.
- Late November 2026: Design sign-off: demo stations, lighting hoods, graphics and the power and internet plan.
- December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas in 30 to 45 days; demo scenes built and tested.
- Early January 2027: Freight to the advance warehouse for Moscone; service orders filed.
- Days before February 2, 2027: Move-in at Moscone West; your project manager hands over each station for calibration.
- February 2–4, 2027: Technology Exhibits 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; dismantle after close on February 4 and return freight or storage.

Checklist

- List every demo: camera, board, model, scene and what visitors may touch
- Decide on a product-related presentation or Deep Dive Day session
- Plan staff for the 4 pm expo happy hour each day
- Register staff through the SPIE Photonics West site and choose Embedded Vision Summit
- Approve the concept and demo lighting by late November 2026
- Book San Francisco hotels early; Photonics West fills downtown that week
