Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling (drayage) at the Long Beach Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Long Beach Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Long Beach Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Inline space: $44 per sq ft, 100 sq ft minimum, 2026 prospectus
- Island space: $52 per sq ft, 400 sq ft minimum, 2026 prospectus
- Extra exhibitor badges: $25 each, up to 2 per 100 sq ft
- Start Up Zone title sponsor: $5,000, 2026 prospectus
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late July 2027
- Now to spring 2027: Apply through the organizer's booth sales system and pick your space; send us the size and the dev kits you will show.
- Late July 2027: Design sign-off: bench stations, graphics, robot zone and the power and internet plan.
- August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas in 30 to 45 days; benches built around your boards and instruments.
- Mid-September 2027: Freight to the advance warehouse for Long Beach; Shepard service orders filed.
- Days before October 12, 2027: Move-in at the Long Beach Convention Center; stations powered and handed to your engineers to test.
- October 12–14, 2027: Show days; your Purple project manager stays on call, then runs dismantle and return freight.

Checklist
- Apply for space through the organizer's booth sales system and confirm your size
- List each dev kit, instrument and robot with power needs and what visitors may touch
- Order Shepard services and plan union labor for setup
- Count badges: three per 100 sq ft, extras $25
- Decide on conference upgrades for staff before June 30
- Send customers your free Expo Hall Only badge code
- Approve the concept and power plan by late July 2027
- Book Long Beach hotels near Ocean Boulevard
