Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility Society)
- Material handling at the Oregon Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Oregon Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Oregon Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- 10×10 exhibit space: $3,200 before October 19, 2026, 2027 prospectus
- Sponsorship levels: Gold $18,000, Silver $10,000, Bronze $5,000, 2027
- Media bundles for exhibitors: $500 to $1,200, 2027
- Deposit: Minimum 50% with the signed order form, 2027
Key dates
- Cancel-for-50%-refund date for EMC+SIPI 2027 space: January 4, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- January 4, 2027: Last day to cancel space for a 50% refund; design sign-off.
- February–March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas; absorber and antenna samples mounted.
- May 14, 2027: Final Program ads due if you bought a media bundle.
- June 2027: Carpet, power, lead retrieval and Wi-Fi ordered; freight to the advance warehouse.
- Before July 13, 2027: Installation days in Halls D and E; booth set before the exhibition opens at 9:30 a.m.
- July 15–16, 2027: Dismantle from noon Thursday; everything out by noon Friday.

Checklist

- Send the 50% deposit with the signed order form
- Order carpet: the Halls D and E floor is bare
- Choose the live demo: spectrum, near-field scan or eye diagram

- Book rooms at the Hyatt Regency Portland when the link opens
