Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Fiber Broadband Association)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the Fiber Connect space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center requires

- Premium section: Gold Section Premium $8,000 member / $8,500 non-member; corners $300 each, 2027
- AI & Quantum Pavilion: 10×10 turnkey $10,500 / $12,500; 20×20 $20,600 / $26,380, 2027
- Hotel: $279 a night including resort fee at Gaylord Opryland, cutoff May 20, 2027
Key dates
- Fiber Connect 2027 call for speakers closes, 8 p.m. ET: November 30, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early April 2027
- November 2026: Registration opens November 9; speaker proposals close November 30. Book your booth section with FBA sales.
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before move-in: bench demo, product walls, flooring and meeting area.
- April to May 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days in Fishkill, NY; demo cable and closures fitted in the shop.
- May 20, 2027: Gaylord Opryland group rate cutoff; Exhibitor Services Manual orders for flooring, power and internet placed.
- Days before June 14, 2027: Move-in at Gaylord Opryland; our project manager installs, lays the floor and tests every bench and screen.
- June 14–16, 2027: Expo Hall June 14–15, dismantle after close, booth to storage for your next broadband show.
